Henry is super flexible and friendly. We met at a shopping mall and he did my Honda key in less than 10 minutes. His price was about half what one of the big name shops would charge and you’re supporting a local entrepreneur. The best part was I bought the key fob on Amazon and he was fine with just charging me for the cutting. I won’t use anyone else for our keys.

Henry was responsive to our initial inquiries and able to meet our rather demanding time frame for the work. I was pleased to find him and pleased to have hired him. While our goal was just to have all locks on the same key, it wasn’t as easy as it sounded but he found a good compromise while keeping us on schedule. We had an couple issues with our front door lock and Henry took care of it perfectly. I called and made an appointment, Henry texted about an hour before arrival to confirm and he showed up when he said he would. The cost was reasonable and was what he originally estimated it would be. Henry is very proud what he does and it showed in his work. We will be using him again whenever would need any lock services. I highly recommend Henry.

I’m new to Austin and had to rely on Unilocal to find a good locksmith. Henry was extremely fast and professional! I only needed to get two car keys cut and programmed, he came to me and charged 40 $ less than what other smiths were quoting me. Henry is very friendly and informative. Couldn’t of been any better of an experience.

We had bought a 2011 car that had remote locking but only valet keys for door opening and a single chip key to start the car. The dealer price is so incredibly high ($hundreds per remote key) I have now driven it from my conscious thoughts. Several locksmiths appeared to take advantage of this if their pricing is an indicator (dealership = total screwing, ambitious locksmiths = 75% screwing). Henry’s Lock and Key did not seem to be one of those.
I ended up rolling through a bunch of reviews and figured that a 5-​star with 50-​ish reviews was a good risk, plus Henry’s was on my end of town.
Henry showed up when we had agreed (Saturday) and put together 2 keys to allow us to use our remote locks. He counseled me about G-​chip keys and said to call him if anything went awry — no charge. So far so good :-)
Henry was focused yet still personable. He has a lot of drive with relation to his family — certainly a trait that deserves a thumbs up.
Will recommend or use him again.

Excellent service, he gave me a quote straight up when I called. It was $ 150 for a new key, with no remote control. This is one of the best prices I’ve found, calling automobile locksmiths. He showed up on the same day within 30 minutes and got me a new key for my Chevy Tahoe, no additional hidden fees or services required.

Despite others touting «emergncy 24 hour service», Henry was the ONLY locksmith that returned my call within minutes on a Sunday morning. He quoted a fair and honest price and stuck to that price once finishing the job. He got me on the road again despite my car keys being all the way in Denver. I’d recommend Henry for all your locksmithing needs!

I called a few locksmiths in the area before deciding on Henry. He gave the best rates, he responds very quickly, he was very honest, and he exceeded my expectations.
I got two auto keys replaced and he did it very quickly and made sure to triple check everything to make sure it works. He went above and beyond by showing me how to replace the batteries in the future even though he didn’t have to.

I needed some doors rekeyed in my house and a new handle installed on a door.
I made an online request at 10pm he got in touch with me via text within minutes. He was able to come first thing in the morning. It took him less than 30 minutes to complete the job. All in all a great experience.
