Owner Halima Foster is a second-​generation massage therapist who is always researching and learning new ways to improve her technique. History

Established in 2003.

Being born and raised in Austin, Texas, Halima has always shown an interest in helping and healing people. As a second generation massage therapist, Halima grew up regularly receiving massage, which gave her the opportunity to learn and adapt the techniques that she prefers. She has also been working on her friends and family since childhood, and has been a certified therapist since 2003.

Halima is always researching and learning new ways to improve and has been certified to practice since 2003. She continued her education and got her national certification. She believes that a majority of issues that people live with can be alleviated or healed altogether by bodywork and an individualized wellness plan. Massage should be considered regular maintenance, like an oil change for your body!

Halima offers both Swedish and Deep tissue massage, with elements of Lomi Lomi, Shiatsu, and Aromatherapy included.
