My wife, son, and I moved to Austin from NYC recently and immediately loved living here. So much so that we decided to start a home buying search. As first time home buyers in a new city we needed someone who understood us and knew the city in order to find the perfect fit. Evan did that and more.
He took great time and effort in making sure he understood our family needs and also what really appealed to us in a home. We looked at several places (he got us the hell out of the bad ones fast) and pretty quickly we found a great place in the perfect neighborhood at the price we wanted.
In addition, Evan went above and beyond what I expected from an agent. He entertained our 1 year old so we could focus on examining houses, drove us around when we we short a car, and dealt with my freakout moments during the closing period with patience, understanding, and valuable advice.
Sounds silly but we hired an agent and ended up with a house and a new friend. I highly recommend Evan Gremont.
