This is a wonderful place where both I and my Lady have undergone physical therapy. They have worked wonders. The salt water pool has been a great help. These people are there to help you and will show you no mercy. Well trained. The owner really knows her stuff! I highly recommend this place over several others we have tried.

Aches and Pains are gone .Went to Physical Therapy love it got a massage and also joined as a member .Pool is heated to 90 degrees salt water and a hot water hydro spa.
Hydro pool is heated to 103 degrees just melt those aches and pains away.
The staff is great,
Sam showed me exercises for my back I never have done ended up with instant relief.
Love this place and a member I can go as much as i want in the pool.
They have a holistic and non invasive approach to treat pain, Love it.

Thanks to the staff at Ergowellness, especially Monica, my therapist, I have recovered full range of montion after knee replacement within four months of surgery. The team here is great and the facility is wonderful. For my particular injury they did a great combination of soft tissue work and exercise. In my experience it is hard to find this approach and I think it worked very very well. They also customized their approach based on my feedback… they really wanted feedback and responded to it! I highly recommend Ergowellness for any physical therapy need you may have.

I’ve been taking the woman I work for here for aquatherapy for 2 – 3 years now and we both absolutely love it. The staff is very friendly and extremely professional. The dressing room is a little cramped, especially when there are wheelchairs or walkers in the equation. But it’s always really clean — the whole place is! The pool is great, it’s nice to have an indoor pool experience where the chlorine doesn’t burn your eyes. Go salt water! Salt water pools are notoriously hard to maintain, but in the last 2 – 3 years it’s only been out once (for us) and that was related to the heating element. If I had to make one suggestion, I do wish they would consider installing automatic doors — I feel like the clientele they attract would really appreciate this gesture.

I LOVE this place. Was referred here for PT on my foot and ankle after bunion surgery. The therapists are highly skilled, knowledgeable, and trained on the latest techniques. The entire staff is empathetic and very friendly. Everyone genuinely likes what they do, their patients, and one another, and it shows in how they do their jobs.
I’ve been to other PT clinics where I suffered through the session only because I knew it’d help me feel better. But I actually look forward to my PT sessions here because of the fun and relaxing atmosphere.
I’m going to miss everyone when I’m finished with my therapy. I might have to break a leg or something so I’ll have an excuse to return.

Lynn Jackson and her staff are absolutely incredible at what they do. They are professional, knowledgeable, personable, caring, and empathetic. Oh, and they offer a huge, indoor, heated, saltwater pool. I’ve recommended Ergowellness to a couple of friends, and they too were thrilled with their results.
