Enviromaids is amazing! I moved into a house and the more I got into it, the more gross I discovered it was. I called Enviromaids begging for immediate help and they had an entire team there within a few hours. Their cleaning staff was fast, effective, and friendly. I am amazed at how much better the house is. We worked out a rather fair price too. I highly recommend Enviromaids and will likely use them again in the future.

I had totally let the house go, but Lupita and Enviromaids squeezed me in same week I called out of the blue. It was actually the next day, and well-​timed as a birthday gift to my loving wife. I have hope in the sanctity of a clean home again. Thank you so much Enviromaids.

Enviromaids is the most amazing cleaning company ever! I have been using them well over a year now and every time they come, it’s like I have a brand new house! They are so accommodating and cheerful and they truly take care of every speck of dust in your house. It’s incredible! I anticipate their cleans because once they are done, my house shines! After the traumatizing experience of finding out my apartment was infested with cockroaches, I was referred to EnviroMaids by a pest control expert. Lupita was comforting, reassuring, and her staff helped clean not only my personal belongings but also cleaned my entire apartment to move-​out ready status. Her team was able to come out the day after I called her and got the job done in a professional and efficient manner. Couldn’t have asked for more!

Lupita’s team has been exceptional. I will continue to recommend them to my friends and family.

I hired Enviromaids for a move-​out clean of my 1 – 1 apartment. A team of 3 showed up right on time and was done in an hour and a half. Everything was done great and they only charged $ 100. Great deal, great service!

This is one of two negative reviews I’ve ever written in many many years.
I am not a competitor I am a FORMER client.
I write this review to inform not defame. Everyone of us gets to choose who we involve in business. Here are the facts so you can choose for yourself. I personally will NEVER EVER EVER use this service again under any circumstances.
Before selecting this service I researched all maid companies in Austin and settled on this due to immediate availability. I will use any one of the other leading services and will be more satisfied than using this one again. You couldn’t pay me to use this service again; even if it were free.
During the first and only cleaning with Enviromaids there was extensive damage done to a glass shower door which left it in shattered pieces. Shower and bath were never fully restored. Many false promises were made by the owner. Six weeks have passed and the issue is still not resolved. The owner was argumentative and tried to put the blame on me which was most certainly her responsibility.
While extremely late the staff was nice and efficient. The mistake was a human one caused by the service and my request was simply to restore and repair the issue. If I could post photos of the door and remaining issue I would. I was saddened to see the owner demonstrate abuse to her staff. She has exhibited very unstable behavior on more than one occasion.
IF YOU LIKE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, TARDINESS, MISTREATMENT TO EMPLOYEES, PERSONAL PROPERTY DAMAGE WITHOUT REPAIR AND SHADY BUSINESS TACTICS THEN YOU’LL LOVE THIS SERVICE.
IT WAS A VERY TIME CONSUMING AND NEGATIVE INTERACTION. I believe in educating patrons when service is awful so others can be informed but also to allow great business to flourish and deduce which are not good businesses.

Everyone can have a clean and tidy home. I personally want it to be with a service who brings peace of mind to the process. If you like the same, I highly suggest you choose a different service. I’ve also read a few other reviews about the customer service and ignored them when I decided to book the appointment.

Call Lupita now if you need regular house cleaning or just a one time appointment. Her crew of 3 girls came to our 3800 sq ft house to get it ready for real-​estate photos.
They did a great job for under $ 200. I set up another service since we moved all of our stuff out of the house to put on the market and she was able to get me an appt that next week. She is a sweet lady, hard working, and very trust worthy. She may not text or call you right away due to her busy schedule but she will make sure to contact you asap. I have had nothing but great communication and great service from her. Thank you Lupita for your great work.

Great company. Best way to communicate w/​them is to call them. They do a great job cleaning and are very efficient. Prices are more than fair for the amount of work they do.

I called Enviromaids for a move-​in clean, as the place I just moved into had been vacant for two years and hadn’t had a thorough cleaning since then. I called on a Tuesday and asked if they could fit me in on Thursday; Lupita said she would call me before a team came over so I could meet them to let them in. By 3pm I hadn’t heard from her and I was worried, so I gave her a call. She sent three people over immediately!
For the price she quoted, I was astounded at the level of work. They were there at least three hours, and the whole place looked amazing when I came by that evening to drop some things off before the movers came the next morning.
I would definitely hire them again. I am only subtracting the one star because I think I would have been forgotten had I not given Lupita a call to remind her about my service.

I wish I could give zero stars as well! As a few people have stated they are terribly disorganized & yes maybe if people have the luxury of taking off work several times to meet these people only for them not to show up it would work for you, but besides that issue Lupita (the owner) was extremely argumentative to a new client when her team destroyed the paint on my nightstand by turning over an oil scented electric lamp on it. Rather than apologize & offer a fix, oh noooo claimed her team was not responsible for this as she confirmed that there is no way that this actually happened. Oh so I DID IT? This lady is crazy so I decided to turn over my scented lamp to destroy my own nightstand, my robe & have paint all over my hard wood floors, really? Issue was resolved, but not until I was forceful! Don’t use this service if you know what is good for you!

I used Enviromaids to clean out the house we were renting for our move out and they did a fantastic job! From first contact when I called to schedule up until when they finished and I called to thank them I have nothing but the best to say about them. Lupita is awesome and a pleasure to work with. I am so glad we used them and anytime we are in need of maid service in the future there is no one else we will use and anytime someone we know needs a maid service, there is no one else we will recommend.
Our landlords were so impressed, they took their information to use in the future as well.

I used Enviromaids for a bi-​weekly home cleaning for a couple of months.
It was amazing how many times they managed to mess things up. Granted, I was in a situation where I needed to know a rough time they were coming for scheduling purposes and this was just too much for them. If you have flexibility in time, it might not be such a problem.
Each day they were to come and clean, I had to contact the office, and spend at least a half hour on the phone. Two times they were late, once they came a couple of hours early, and when I asked them to come back at the previously scheduled time, they had told the manager that I told them I didn’t want our home cleaned, and the other time they came 5 hours after the time I had confirmed with the manager just the day before.
I left a key for them to take with them (so I wouldn’t have to stay home and wait for them each time). Twice they didn’t take the key because the manager had not communicated for them to do so.
Basically,
The good:
Staff is friendly, they are relatively cheap compared to a lot of cleaning services, they do a good job cleaning
The bad:
EXTREMELY DISORGANIZED, unreliable with scheduling, different cleaning crews every time.

Very unprofessional.
We called on Monday to have them out for a trial. The woman answered the phone with a simple «Hello» as if I were calling her personal cell phone. She seemed confused at my request to schedule a cleaning and immediately transferred me to another woman. The second woman became frustrated when she realized I was going to be a new client and transferred me back to the initial woman, who apparently deals with new clients. When I asked if they were typically this confused, she followed up with a terse response implying I was the one who was the problem.
I shouldn’t have scheduled with them, but I thought since they seem to have a lot of positive reviews, maybe they were just having an off day.
I scheduled an appointment for Wednesday at 10AM. At 10:15 AM, I called to ask the location of my cleaning team. Same confusion as the first call and same transfer to the second woman, who quickly told me that if I would stop talking, she would explain. Rude. She said the maids had already been to my house where a man who had not requested their services answered. Even though they obviously had the wrong address, they did not feel the need to call my contact number to ensure they had the right location and returned to the office.
An unfortunate lack of customer service and follow through…

We used this company because a groupon company flaked out and we had family visiting for the first time and really needed to get the place cleaned up. Lupita answered the phone and gave a really good deal to clean the whole house.
They sent over 3 girls and one spoke really good English. They took about 6 hours cleaning most everything. The microwave would be extra as would be the frig or stove.
They were able to make it before the house guests arrived and did a great job. I think they were getting a little tired towards the end but Lupita said if there was anything they didn’t do right that they would come back and make it right.
I wish I could afford to use them on a regular basis as it gets easier for them if coming on a regular basis.

I had 2 issues with Enviromaids. First, I had trouble getting Enviromaids to actually make it to my rental property to clean it. I had a set date scheduled and confirmed by them. Several days passed and I didn’t hear anything back so I called. They acknowledged that they had confirmed the cleaning but kept saying there was a «miscommunication» insteady of actually admitting that my cleaning got missed. We set another date and they missed that too. They finally made it out there; to their credit, they gave me a $ 20 discount for the cleaning.
Second, the cleaning was average at best. It was obvious that it was a rushed job and dust/​dirt still remained on the ceiling fans, bath tubs, etc. I ended up having my own cleaning person come by to touch it up.

I should probably preface this by saying that I hired Enviromaids during one of their busiest times of the year — College move-​out. It should also be said that the cleaning was very very well done, they even scraped our ceiling vents clean! However, I simply cannot ignore the terrible customer service during the whole ordeal. And it WAS an ordeal.
So — a week and a half before I need my apartment cleaned, I contact Enviromaids. They say ‘Send us an email with your info and we’ll get back to you!’. So, I do, but don’t receive a reply for three days. At this point, I called, thinking ‘Oh, they’re just busy!’ Lupita was very sweet over the phone and we arranged the time and day of cleaning — 2 p.m. on the 31^st and they would call me 30 minutes before they would come over to clean.
Well… 2 p.m. on the 31^st comes around. Then 3… then 4… They finally show up at 5:30 (!!!) At this point I’ve left at least 4 voicemails on both of their contact numbers and sent a text message. No response, and I was absolutely freaking out because I NEEDED the apartment cleaned by the end of the day with a receipt in my hand for my landlord.
When the team was done (again, great cleaning job, poor customer service), they had NO IDEA what to charge me! No idea!!! What the heck? They called their boss and she said I should have received an email from them with this info — First off, a quote is a quote and it’s bound to change in price at the end of the service. Second, Lupita said she also had no idea what to charge me… –_​– (This also meant I did NOT get a receipt on time for my landlord, which I had emphasized over the phone in arranging the date for the service.)
SO. The next day (the 1^st) I call them up at 9 a.m., reminding them that ‘Hey! I really want to pay you guys so I can get my receipt and be done with this, please.’ After explaining this over and over again 3 or 4 times over a period of FIVE HOURS, she finally got the message and sent someone over to collect my check. (When I had also said I would be very happy to go meet them wherever it was most convenient so I could finish this ASAP…) I then, again, emphasized that I needed a receipt as soon as possible and it was promised to me that I would receive an email within the next hour.
Of course… No email until 4 p.m. the next day. At least I even got I receipt, albeit very, very late. To top this whole fiasco off, however, on Friday the 3^rd (Now three whole days since the cleaning was performed) I received a call asking me if ‘We had come to your house to clean or not because we got some voicemails from you on Tuesday’. Seriously. what is this.
TL;DR: If you’re a college student and you need a move-​out cleaning done, go with someone else. Please. This was incredibly stressful for me and I’ve NEVER dealt with this kind of crap before.

OMG. I can eat off my floor. And I mean the corner of my bathroom floor.
We’ve hired Enviromaids three times now and am so, so impressed with their work. They are a SWAT team that comes in and gets the job done right. The first time they cleaned our house they stayed until every nook and cranny and floorboard and hard-​to-​reach-​shelves were spotless. We’ve now hired them to come in every two weeks to keep things sparkling.
Reasonable pricing and responsive. Highly recommend!

As i type, the ladies at Enviromaids are saving the day. We recently moved and between the move, holiday, and a suddenly crazy work schedule we found ourselves with no time to do a proper move out clean. I desperately called all over town trying to find help, as today is the final day of our lease. No one could do it. Then i called Enviromaids.
They added us to the schedule end of day and hauled over here through rush hour traffic to make this place sparkle. Better yet, the work is looking amazing and they’re charging us less than the places who needed at least a week before they could fit us in. Im officially sold on this company and will continue to use Enviromaids at our new place. Thank you for riding to our rescue!
