Dos Batos was born in Austin because we miss this kind of carne asada tacos that we grill over charcoal.
We tried wood instead of charcoal and the results were much better !

My hobbies are Scuba Diving and a once in lifetime experience I made when I was 33 years, Back-packing round the world alone for 100 days.
