We offer 100% All-​Beef Vienna Natural Casing Hot Dogs, Vienna Sausages and serve it all in the poppy-​seed bun. We offer ‘dogs across america including a NY Dog with the native red onion sauce, a KC BBQ dog which combines slow smoked pulled pork on top of the vienna beef dog and topped with KC BBQ sauce, and many more specialties from throughout the United States.

History

Established in 2010.

I started in the food service business in Kansas City, Missouri and worked with catering companies before starting my own catering company in 2005. I operated a 16′ mobile kitchen which offered finer cuisine as well as helping with the catering jobs. I sold the business in April of 2010 and moved to Austin. I bring my catering and cooking skills, combined with customer service skills to my new venture, Dogs Across America.

Catering Business Owner from 2005, we worked small events up to 300+ wedding receptions. I have been involved in many culinary activities including many training sessions from respected chefs from all over the world. I have decided to start a small and managable business in Austin where I can meet and greet people and work realistic hours.
