Meet the Business Owner

Louis S.

Business Owner

Louis Singh is a Vietnamese-​Texan whose first word was «agua». Growing up in San Antonio on a steady diet of Phở and tacos, he digested diversity daily. It only took a year of computer science and engineering calculus in college to convince him he was a film major, and after gaining credentials from UT in 2003, he found real purpose buried in restaurant and catering kitchens in Austin. Formerly the chef of P & K Grocery and Spoon & Co. Catering, he continues to share his passion for local food with ‘Dish Friends’ every week.
