Because Fired Up Kitchen is mobile, we can bring our oven to your location and provide personal chef and catering services on site.

Our traveling allows us to connect with some of the finest farms across the country. We get to cook regionally and seasonally at each event. Farm to Oven is how WE ROLL!

History

Established in 2009.

Gino Gabriel is a chef trained at New England Culinary Institute and the Italian Culinary Institute. He started Fired Up Kitchen in 2009 after a decade of service as a personal chef on yachts chartered by an exclusive clientele that featured professional athletes, models and actors.

In 1999, Gino worked with David Pasternack and celebrity Chef Mario Batali to open Esca in New York.

Fired Up Kitchen is a mobile wood fire oven, which has produced thousands of pizzas for audiences at big festivals like Bonnaroo and Mulberry Mountain Music Festival. Fired Up Kitchen has also found a home at local Texas venues like Becker Vineyards and various private parties and events around Austin.

Hi! I’m Gino Gabriel. Fired Up Kitchen ignited in the mountains of Asheville, North Carolina in 2009. It was a big transition from the years prior where I was a private chef on mega yachts floating around the globe.

Well, after literally getting launched unexpectedly off a boat in the Bahamas and landing abruptly on a rocky jetty, I decided that life on the high seas was not for me anymore. Time to take my show on the road…
