Wow is this small, even for Austin. Five stars for quality. Minus two stars for variety. The few designers here are very talented and very inspiring. The space is done well and inviting [design centers in cities like chicago or seattle can be very intimidating and not open to public]. I will be dreaming for the day i can walk in and start planning my fixxer-​upper with all the beautiful surfaces and hardware available here. With a little marketing and advertising, the design center has plenty of room for growth and could maybe compete with all the surrounding radio and sound studios that don’t rely on foot traffic.
