If you are selling, I provide staging for your home BEFORE it hits the market so it can be the best it can be. Marketing and pictures tell the story. Established in 2006.

JB Goodwin has been in business since 1972. I joined them in 2006 after selling a home and realizing how little attention I received from the agent selling my house, I decided I could provide a much needed service, personal attention to every detail during the transaction.

Growing up I lived in Kansas City. I moved to Ft. Worth, Texas in the second grade. I eventually moved to Houston and attended the University of Houston. I lived in Houston for 22 years. While in Houston, I worked at a recreational vehicle dealership for 20 years as the Business Manager. I handled all of the financing, closing paperwork and acted as a customer liaison. It was this foundation that I believe sets me apart from other agents. I am a «getter done» girl. I have staging items I can use to spruce up your house, I’ll roll up my sleeves and help with landscaping (I’m also a master gardener.) I do whatever it takes to help get your home on the market. If you are a buyer, I will help you every step of the way. Communication is the key.
