Cynthia Mattiza

We really enjoyed working with Cynthia on the purchase of our new home. She is efficient and available throughout the process. We found her knowledge of home value i.e. location, home equity invaluable. She’s a lot of fun too and helped make buying a home a little less painful!

I can’t recommend her highly enough~
THE SHORT:
Unlike some other realtors I met, you aren’t pushed off to her assistant, even though she has one to help her out. She works her butt off for you 7days a week.
She has been incredibly professional and on her game. Most importantly, she sees you through the end. ALL the way to the end!
THE IMPORTANT DETAILS:
We had to switch realtors after 2 months of being with someone who kept asking us to contact her when WE found a house we wanted to look at.
Needless to say, we lost the opportunity to bid on a lot of houses that way.
We started to interview for another realtor.
Most sent me to their assistants, some asked me what my price range was and said they were not interested in meeting, But Cynthia got my info and told me about a house pre market before we got off the phone.
She continued that drive the next 2 weeks and we found our home! In Budget, In Austin, 5 Mins from DT
ON TOP of her being great at her job. she also got us through closing (I mean she was the only one there for us)
We had a horrible experience with Supreme Lending and was left alone at the closing table with multiple mistakes in the document papers/​process.
Even though Cynthia was out of town for a wedding (as a bridesmaid), she stayed on the phone with us and called multiple people to try and resolve the situation. She was talking to us up until the point she had to walk down the aisle. SERIOUSLY… SHE ROCKS! We wouldn’t have gotten through that without her… She did the job of our loan officer!!!
Speaking of… Our loan officer was out of town 3x that month said he would be available if we needed him. but didn’t pick up or call back at the time of closing.
Thank god we had Cynthia! She called the processor, the title company, the funding company… Above and Beyond I tell you!

i realize this review does not match that of the others but they all seemed to be done within the same few days, save one. I was the seller of a property and found Cynthia to be extremely unprofessional and not very knowledgeable on completing the basic forms for a real estate transaction. She was friendly as all get out when she wanted something for her clients but is the opposite of the regular dealings. The offer for my home was not in the best interest of her clients. The deal fell apart due to financing days before closing and while out of contract, I was sent a very unprofessional email. I will admit, the day it fell apart, I was very nasty to her on the phone. She almost blew it for her clients (her friends). I asked to meet her in person to apologize for being rude to her, she was quite rude when I met her telling the buyers and myself she had somewhere to be at noon and she was not going to be late. This is still while we were out of contract. I could have easily walked out and sold my house in 1 hour however, I felt sorry for her clients. During this meeting she seemed put off at the fact that my agent wanted the paperwork done correctly. In speaking with another agent, days later, the agent stated she had other dealings with Cynthia and found her unprofessional. I also renegotiated the contract myself and lowered the price giving up 3K to help the financing go through. I encourage Cynthia to give up commission to help the financing and she stated she had no idea that was something she could do. It is up to the agent to know these things and make every attempt to get the deal done for her clients. I would not recommend her for either the buyer or seller.

Cynthia recently helped me buy a home and sell a home at the same time. She understood my concerns in doing both at the same time and did her best to make it an easy process. I was a little unsure about the market for selling my home, but she did her homework and came up with a price that I found fair but would also help in selling it quick. She really knew what she was doing because we were able to sell the home in less than 24 hours after it went on the market.
In buying my new home, she helped me maximize my dollar and get a great home with a lot of extras.
Through both selling and buying, she was constantly in touch providing status updates or answering questions regardless of evenings, weekends or even holidays. She made herself available via phone, text and email as well as in person if I needed.
Highly recommend her.

We happened upon Cynthia Mattiza while looking around at houses. We were tip toeing around buying a house in this crazy market but she was able to convince us that we should just take the leap. She made us feel so confident and comfortable throughout the entire process. Extremely prompt in getting us info and was quick to make contact with us when changes were needed to be made. WOrked well within our budget and style of home we were wanting. I would highly recommend Cynthia to anyone who wants kindness, expertise and just damn good customer service when it comes to buying a home.

Being military is always a challenge when moving to a new area, on top of that we were in search of a rental close to Ft. Hood but closer to Austin; a challenge in and of itself especially in such a tight market. Cynthia helped us tremendously! She exhibits many of the qualities that are essential to the real estate industry such as customer service, follow-​up, follow-​through, conviction and overall professionalism. That said, I highly recommend Cynthia Mattiza as a real estate professional and role model for her qualities — Qualities others can use as an example in this profession and in life, and I hope she is able to share those talents with you if you’re ever in need of a true real estate professional or friend.

If you are in the Austin area, this is the realtor you want to go with!!! I had an extensive engagement with Cynthia and she was «Johnny on the spot» through it all!!! This included the pre-​listing and listing activities working remote with me in Malaysia and coordinating with a local friend and me while I was overseas. I was never at a want for information. She is extremely disciplined about updates, giving you/​your home attention and focus and information sharing. She is very professional and managed the delicate balance between becoming your trusted advisor, telling you the honest truth and ultimately not pushing you and letting you decide. As we got down to the selling stage these things can get precarious and I really was relieved to feel I was in such good hands with someone of her caliber and experience. Selling in this market is not fun, work with Cynthia and you’ll get a positive experience!

Cynthia was patient with our timeline and unique situation. She went far beyond what needed to be done. Not only is she a good realtor, but simply a good person as well.
