Hi, my name is Kate and I manage the Create A Cig William Cannon location. I moved to Austin a few years ago in search of an amazing city and I believe I have found it here. Five years ago I made the switch to electronic cigarettes and I haven’t looked back since.

It’s my personal goal to set you up with a reliable e-​cig that works well for you. Our staff with guide you through the building process and provide you with recommendations on what works best for you. We will happily assist you in creating your own awesome flavor and with troubleshooting your device should you have any issues with it.

I’m striving to make this store the best e-​cig shop in Austin, and I need your help to do it. If you have any feedback, criticism, or recommendations then I invite you to share them with me or my staff and I’ll do everything in my power to satisfy my customers.

Rep Mike provided top-​shelf service, answering all my questions and advising me on the best deals. He really listened and found the best fit in juice and equipment for me — and their tester units are sub tanks, making the testing experience a worthwhile joy. Walked out with the entire NJOY Artist Collection (five exquisite, mouth-​watering flavors), 5 beautiful and cheap tips, new batteries, and pleasant conversation to boot. Great experience, Mike!

Love this place. Very laid back yet very professional. Walked in and was greeted within 2 seconds by Danny. He met my needs and exceeded my expectations! Highly recommend this place to vape bros. Ask for Danny if you want fast and efficient service (really you can ask for anybody and they will take care of you just as well, I just had the pleasure of his customer service this time around). Love this place! My husband and I switched to e-​cigs about a year ago basically just wanting to quit smoking. My brother referred us here and when we went in to get our first kit they were extremely helpful. One year later and they are still awesome. Every time. Super friendly staff that can help out with any questions we have and actually take the time to explain how everything works. I have been to a couple other vape shops but none of them compare to the humorous, yet helpful guys at Create A Cig.

This place is awesome! I’ve been in several times recently to purchase juice, atomizers and a couple of boxes from them. Cam, Daniel and Sheldon helped me in my last visit. They were all extremely helpful. They took the time to help me build a new coil and explained every step with a lot of patience. My visit before last was to go in and buy a piece that had broken on my old setup. The piece I went in for was apparently something they no longer sold, but had a few spare parts under the counter. The guy at the counter handed me the piece and said «no charge, have a good day.» I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, helpful and reasonable place to shop.

Highly recommend Create A Cig over just about any other place. From what I’ve experienced, the employees are just as well trained from one location to the next and they take the time to actually find out what you need and help you with the process of getting started or fixing what you have. Jay was very helpful for me personally, he educated me on various options and once I made a purchase, demonstrated to me how to specifically use my device. I appreciated the atmosphere in the store, the culture and enthusiasm is very refreshing. You can tell the employees are actually happy to be working there, which is pretty cool to see anywhere.

Great place, friendly and knowledgeable staff. A+++ Although I’m new to vaping they answered my questions looked at my vaporizer didn’t try to up sell or pressure me into anything unneeded. I’m really happy with them. Also great sample selection I highly recommend them.

I went back. I am still not sure of the nomenclature for the mod components so I just started spouting out words and when the staff looked perplexed I just pointed.
I settled on a Cartel Stillare RDA (Rebuildable Dripping Atomizer) for my Maraxus.
I asked what do you like about that one? «It makes huge clouds»
That was good enough for me.
I also purchased .26 or .24 Ga kanthal and some tasty juice called Grandpas Beard.
I have lowered the Nic from 16 mg. to 6 mg.
I wound two coils and managed to get a sub ohm reading of .39.
I too am making huge clouds.
This will be my go too store.

I’m so glad Create a Cig has a Deep South location. Now only a couple of miles from my house, I love how convenient this is going to be!
Darren is the manager and he is so knowledgeable on anything e-​cig or vapor. Danny, an associate was super friendly and helpful with my broken tank situation. I highly recommend this place for Ecigs.
The location is a bit hard to find, look for the suite by the pizza place. There is a smoke shop on the other side so it can get confusing. Hopefully they will get a bigger sign soon. Other than that, this place is great!
