Cooper’s Express

When you work in Timbuktu, you have limited options. You don’t always want to drive a great distance to seek out lunch.
Well this was still a bit of a drive even further from civilization, BUT the burger was worth it. Yeah, it was a really great burger. The fries were also enjoyable.
This place is located in one of those gas station/​mart places and it does NOT say Cooper’s Express outside. It says something about Tacos. Well they do have breakfast tacos.
They also have pizza (was I was told to avoid), a lot of chicken (i’m not a big fan so you’ll have to try that for yourself), burgers, fries, onion rings, and sides like mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, fried okra, cole slaw, macaroni and cheese, and corn. YES, I’m typing from the menu.
So if you happen to be hungry and are anywhere near this, you might want to go here (and you can get gas — for your vehicle).
