I have been a customer here since 2009(when we moved to Circle C). This was my 2nd stop in the area. I first went to four Sons on a Friday and when I wlaked in the lady at Four Sons said«I have way to many clthes right now and am behind». OK… so that lead me to Class Act and 5 years later I am still a customer.

I am in the same boat as several others that have reviewed this business, zero satisfaction. I had a brand new tuxedo shirt cleaned and pressed for an out of state formal event. The night before our flight my husband tried his tux on to make sure everything was in order. The shirt had been shrunk so much he couldn’t move his arms with the cuff links on. The shirt fit generously when we bought it, I always buy cotton shirts a little big to allow for normal shrinkage It was too late to get another one in town so additional $ 80 on top of the $ 50 for the original shirt and valuable time was spent to replace it while out of town. No time to have it cleaned and pressed. Upon returning, I had all the receipts and left the shirt with the counter person, he seemed apologetic. FF2 weeks still no response from the owner. I asked for the name and ph# of the owner, the counter person refused to give me his name, but did give me a number to call, a non English speaking person took my name and #. No response for another week. I dropped by to pick up the shirt because by then I had given up on this lame business, and lo and behold their was the owner in the store! I asked him why he never responded to my complaint and he replied, we didn’t shrink your shirt, it was bad material, not our fault. I guess I am lucky they didn’t ruin the tux also. Beware of this company! They do not stand behind their service and do not value their customers.

Good service and very convenient. They do a good job, are always on time and I’ve never had a problem with them.

I really dislike giving a bad review, and although the service was good, I feel that they are priced WAYTOOHIGH for the job that was done. I was charged 10.50 for a small dress(nothing fancy), $ 5.50 for a blouse, $ 5 for trousers, and almost $ 6 for a ladies shirt, which the shirt is just a much smaller version of a mans button down,. They charge men less than $ 3 for their shirts. 17 items came out to $ 125.87. That is double what I normally pay. Not to mention, they staple the tags to your clothing, which is a big pet peeve of mine. I can expect that from one of those«Anything for $ 2.49» places, but not a place that charges this much for their service. I just read their review on their other sites, and had I done so originally, I would have been too concerned to go there.

don’t know why we started coming here, and not sure how competitively priced they are. but they are friendly, and never had an issue with the clothes. Wife may give them a five, but i definitely can recommend them and completely comfortable with a four-star.
