Customer service at this location is horrible! I used the drive through window on the 26th around 1:30, which no one was attending. Only to be greeted by a female who seemed to be bothered by my presence. She looked and acted unprofessional, wearing a sports sweatshirt and hair pulled back in a ponytail, as if she had just finished a workout and decided to go to work. Her facial expression and annoyed tone in her voice revealed the misery she was feeling and did not hesitate to express that to me. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional person in the banking industry and will not be returning to that location! I do hope no one else has to deal with such an unprofessional person!

The bank manager here, Michael Thibodeaux, really takes «above and beyond the call of duty» to a whole new level.
Not only is he extremely friendly, but he has helped me easily work through a number of issues that with any other bank employee would have been a real slog (or worse).
I’m very glad that Michael has stuck around at this branch through its transition from Citibank to BB&T. I’ve had a really mixed experience with both institutions, but its employees like Michael who actually make me want to stick around as a customer.
