C & S Body Shop

Lupe and the guys at C & S Body shop are the best. I’ve had a lot of work done with them on various occasions over the past five years and I always drive away happy knowing I got great service for a reasonable price. My vehicle always looks brand new. And they don’t cut corners or b.s. you. Aways friendly and helpful, and considerate about your time. C & S Body shop is a gold mine!.

C&S did an amazing job on my car. I just drove it cross country a few months ago and brought it to C&S to get a few scratches cleaned up, but they went above and beyond and now my 7 year old car looks brand new. Great customer service as well!

They did a great job on our Infiniti JX35! It is pearl white (hard color to match) and was only 1 year old so I wanted to make it was as good as new and it was. Also less expensive then my other quote and very friendly as well. I would not hesitate to go to C & S next time I need a body shop.

C&S Body and Paint did an excellent job on my Tacoma. They went above and beyond on all the services needed to my truck. They kept me informed and updated on the process. After a buff job, my truck looked better than when I bought it from the dealer. They added in little extras at no extra charge. Thank You, to the staff at C&S. Highly recommended.

I don’t normally take time to write reviews, but this shop deserves more 5-​star ratings. My back fender was dented and covered in the other guy’s paint. Just got my car back and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. They were quick and did an outstanding job. Lupe is just a great guy to do business with. You’ll be glad you found this place.

I will try and make this not turn into a dissertation!
I was having my windows tinted at Austin Window Tint which is like two doors down from C & S Body Shop. I had two rain guards that I needed replaced that are positioned above the windows.
The guys at Austin Window Tint explained that the adhesive under the old rain guards was as hard as a rock and no doubt embedded into the paint. Suffice to say it looked awful and I was panicked that this was going to be a major undertaking.
The guys at Austin Window Tint did as much as they could (see my review on Austin Window Tint) but called in Lupe from C & S to get his expert advise on what to do.
Lupe said bring the SUV over to my shop and I will get this taken care of. Folks, I watched this master at work and could not believe my eyes. He took a complete and utter mess and made that area of the old rain guards look like brand new. I was like, huh? He worked on it for like a ½ hour with all his compounds and buffers, sanding etc. and it looked unreal.
The VERY COOL thing was he charged me next to nothing. I would totally recommend this shop and will actually be calling him tomorrow to see if he can detail my entire SUV. No matter what the cost, it will be worth it. You can’t go wrong with this guy folks!

Awesome repair job on my SUV!

This is a long overdue review. I can’t begin to describe how grateful I am to Lupe, the owner here, for helping me. He went above and beyond with my car and he genuinely loves what he does. I was very fortunate to have found him, being new to Austin and having THREE hit and runs in parking lots around town last year. He is very detailed and the work is a very fair price for such an excellent job. When USAA came to appraise my car, the senior appraiser asked who I was using and when I mentioned Lupe at C and S he said «oh my gosh I’ve been looking for him! He used to work at the dealership with me. Man he is a perfectionist!» and even after the work was completed the appraiser couldn’t believe how perfect it turned out. He said «unbelievable». Lupe even suggested some really awesome Mexican food restaurants since I was new to town.
The first time I showed up to meet him, he was obviously busy with other things but he still came right out and checked out my car. He even offered to buff out my mirror on the spot (thanks for that scratch, Cap Metro)!
I will continue to refer my clients and friends here and will always come back to Lupe if I need body work done. Thanks Lupe and team!!!

Just very honest and get the job done qu

I was referred to C & S Body Shop from Friendly’s Auto Repair. I called C & S for a quote on my bumper (the right side popped out after my encounter with a very steep curb) and the person who answered the phone was very helpful. He told me I could probably get in & out of there in under half an hour. He told me to come on down and that they would be expecting me there. When I arrived, the owner (I presume) immediately checked out my vehicle and he got a guy to work on the bumper within a couple minutes. He estimated that it would cost about $ 20. After a couple minutes, they had placed the right side of the bumper back in place and the owner told me they weren’t going to charge me since it was so simple! That was very nice of them and they were helpful throughout the entire process. I was in and out of there within 20 minutes. They have my future business if I ever need anything more (hopefully not).
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is in the south austin area and needs repairs!
