My first visit was for a belt tensioner. When they replaced it, they installed the belt upside down. I returned because my car was overheating, and asked if my belt was upside down, they assured it wasn’t, and that my valve had to be replaced. Fast forward four months, and my belt tensioner and belt break from too much friction. This incident caused my coolant tank to blow. This cost another $ 425 to fix at Matrix Automotriz who I suggest to visit instead. When I returned for compensation of $ 125 for the new tensioner and labor, they would not give me what was owed. So off to small claims court we go. Trust is hard to find in auto repair, so skip here and visit Matrix instead.
