History

Established in 2013.

I grew up in a wild place in Montana where I learned early to shape wood for both practical and aesthetic purposes. As teens my brother and I both worked at the local mill and caught a passion for woodworking. Now, as an adult, that passion has grown and expanded. My desire and commitment is to serve others by building and repairing with a profound sense of craftsmanship and integrity. I absolutely want my clients to be satisfied with what I produce, as well as to have the peace of mind that comes with receiving something of quality and durability.

Welcome to the Yelp home of Built by Bednář. My name’s Jordan and this is my business. While it’s a small business, there is big passion!

And now a little about me… I am a native Austinite, although I spent a good ten years of my childhood in Montana. I am married to my awesome wife, who constantly inspires me to do and be more. Football (or «soccer» as they call it here…) is another passion of mine – love playing it and love watching it (C’mon Chelsea!) I can really nerd out to audio books, especially classics like The Count of Monte Cristo and Tom Sawyer. Above all I love and serve Jesus Christ. Soli Deo Gloria!
