History

Established in 2006.

Started in 2006 as a part time venture. Also as a way to see if I was really ready to be a business owner.

In 2008 I decided to put my passion for people, my experience in construction & remodeling to the test.

We are a Servant Leadership driven company, we believe that we can make a difference by leading the way with Social Entrepreneurialism. We start by hiring from within our community, those who are in need of a hand up and who show apptitude for ‘playing it forward’. We teach our employees to give back to the community, first by leading the way. B.I.T donates 15% of NET profits to church and charity organizations. We then encourage our employees to do the same both with their time and their paycheck.
