Established in 2014.

AWE’stin Contracting Elites, is a young, fresh, and innovative approach to the service industry in a new and diverse modern world. It was established with the goal in mind, to create a company that placed more focus on the development of its workers than the corporation. AWE’stin Contracting Elites is what we like to loosely refer to as a «macro business.» We define «macro business,» as a company that is basically ran by its employees. Being professionals in the service industry with countless hours of in the field experience, we understand the basic home and office needs in modern society. Knowing what the client wants is something major corporations spend millions of dollars to do what in our business comes free with the territory. We are in direct contact with the many Home and Business Owners located in Austin, and we see first hand what they want and what they need! We are the future of the home and office service industry, and we are here to serve you, today!

Manager

I have over ten years experience in the service industry and I have built countless playgrounds, shades, and sports equipment for many schools, daycares, churches, amusement centers, and parks, all over Texas! I don’t like to consider myself as someone who «specializes» in a particular trade or skill because I like to think of myself as just a problem solver. I like to be in situations where critical thinking is an imperative of the operation. I like to be challenged. Working in the service industry gives me this opportunity because everyday is something different in its own uniqueness. Two different clients may have the same problem but may not ever require the same solution which gives a great deal of variety to my work environment. I appreciate this because it keeps me focused, sharp, and interested. I prefer service work because it gives me the feeling of making a difference in somebodies life, and I prefer AWE’stin Contracting Elites because it provide me with this opportunity!
