Austin Success Carpet has been cleaning the rugs in my home for 5 years. My rugs are nothing special just wool rugs from Pottery Barn and such. They range in price from $ 50 to $ 1,600. When calling around, all of the rug cleaning places recommended a dry cleaning process that cost over $ 1,000 for one 10ft by 12ft rug. Alk, the owner, assured me that he understood wool rugs, being from Lebanon where some of the best rugs are made, and that he could steam clean them without damage. Not willing to spend the cost of the rug to get it cleaned or to smell the dry cleaning chemicals, I gave Austin Success Carpet a try. The rugs were instantly more vivid and very soft to the touch after drying for a few hours. Alk knew what he was doing as he has cleaned the same rugs many times now without damage. From the quality of their work to their price I’m satisfied with Austin Success Carpet.
