Paradise services took my old sprinkler system and redid it to where there’s no dead patches in my yard anymore thank you very much.

TERRIBLE — DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
We signed a contract to build block edges around my flower beds and the contract stated it would take 4 weeks to complete, 4 months later, still not finished and the work that was done was totally shoddy and sub-​par. Horrible, ugly and just slapped together. The crew wouldn’t call or show up for days/​weeks and then when they did they totally rushed through the job just throwing it together. There was always some kind of lame excuse (lie) on why they couldn’t or hadn’t shown up. Every time they worked in my yard they broke something, irrigation, downspouts, sidewalk concrete, mortar flung on the side of the house, etc. and the few things they actually fixed took forever to get them done. One block wall had to be done 3 times, the first was the design was so horrible neighbors were commenting on it, the second time the design was good but brown mortar was used instead of white, then when they demoed that one, they tore up all of my irrigation and didn’t put it back together properly. It was my error that I signed off on it and paid the final amount because I felt sorry for them since they are always running low on money, the understanding was they would still take care of everything to completion, that was stupid of me as the minute they had the rest of my money that was the last I heard from them.
Needless to say, after paying this con-​man 3,500 for a bunch of crap, I have now paid another 800.00 to someone else to tear it all out and have gotten bids from 3 other contractors who were shocked at the horrible quality of the work and the over-​pricing for the work. One of them even has heard of this happening to other folks with the same company. Of course my request for a refund was refused, this company is unethical, no morals, no conscience, no integrity.

What a treat! My lawn went from Ugly Duckling to beautiful Swan under the helping hand of Kevin Condran and Paradise Services. Now I have the very best lawn in the entire community. Kevin Condran saw to this. Under Kevin’s direction and design my dusty dead weed infested patch of dirt was transformed into a desert oasis.
I wanted a lawn with a focus on low water consumption and low maintenance. Kevin designed and implemented my personal lawn oasis just for this purpose. Sprinklers with drip heads, retaining walls filled with decomposed granite, Rosemary and Cardboard Palm, Cavalier Zoysia Grass, even a drip slate fountain. Kevin then installed the lighting to show off the foliage. I have curved wrapping concrete ribbon walls holding lending a mod feel to the mix. All the passerby’s have a head jerk reaction when they catch a glimpse.
Kevin got it all priced reasonably and personally installed the sprinkler system, Coach lights, lamp post and drip slate fountain, etc… I just can’t believe I got it all, pinch me.
Kevin really is a master at his trade. I am very pleased with the outcome.
