I have extensive experience in helping others with short and long term goal creation as well as identifying and minimizing stressors and potential roadblocks to achieving those goals.
History
Established in 2002.
I began in the fitness industry as a competitive body builder/power lifter while serving in the Marine Corps in the early nineties. Later, I got to almost 300 pounds and had to use that knowledge to return to health. I have maintained a 160+ lb weight loss for nearly 10 years.

I’m an intensely passionate wellness professional who believes the best way to lead is by example and the best way to understand someone’s needs is to walk in their shoes. I have and do both those things every day.
I’ve always been a student of human nature both in others and myself. My 4 years as a US Marine journalist helped further hone my interviewing, speaking, listening and writing skills. Those skills aid me constantly in my efforts to help others improve their lives.
Furthermore, while I know and love the burn of a great workout, I was also nearly 300 lbs at one time and know the equal if different pain of self-loathing, disgust and recrimination that comes with that lifestyle.
These experiences and many more make me uniquely qualified to lift up and empower those around me.
Our country’s health crisis is within our power to fix. We just have to think bigger and pool our collective knowledge and influence as a team to make it happen.
