Excellent service offered by the chauffeur. He opened the door for us, had a sanitizer bottle inside, ice with drinks and water, immaculately clean from the in and out, and the ride was as smooth as it can get. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking to rent a limo. Thanks Choice!

My wife and I chose this company for our wedding. It was a great experience. They showed up promptly at our house at the correct time. The limo was in great shape and clean. The driver was great too. We took it downtown to the reception after our wedding. I would use them again! Thank you for great service.

I have used them twice to get me to and from the airport. I have to say that it was the best decision ever. LOVED the driver! He was so interesting and fun. The customer service is beyond measure. The best way to get to the airport for sure.
A few days ago I contacted them with an urgent need. I was assisting a flood survivor (via the Austin Disaster Relief Network) that was stuck at a Drs. office without a ride back to his hotel. They told me they would discount the rate but later called me that night to say they were donating the transportation. I felt beyond blessed. I will be loyal to them forever!

They were competitively priced, and reserving a car was easy. Our driver, Rob was 30 minutes early to pick us up, which is right on time in wedding terms. He was very nice and respectful, and we enjoyed talking with him and listening to music on our way to Lake Travis. If we could afford him, we would want Rob as our personal driver. We highly recommend Austin Choice for price and comfort, and will certainly be using them again whenever we need another ride. Thanks Rob, and thank you Austin Choice!

First, the ease of booking on short notice and the professionalism of the staff was bar none the best I have experienced. Secondly, the cleanliness of the varying automobiles I hired was impressive. Fantastic service and one of the most personable drivers I have worked with! Quick and painless scheduling for our end-​of-​the-​season soccer party, a refreshing change given that three other companies wouldn’t even entertain the idea. Said drove ten 8-​yr olds like the consummate professional and our kids had an unforgettable trip, they were still talking about it months later! awesome limo service!!! and im super picky!!! karen was so helpful and great. she called me back and worked with me on the planning that we needed. after to talking to over 10 companies who wouldnt work with me. it was a total A+ for customer service. she was beyond excellent. the limo driver was on time at each pickup and very nice through out. the car was so pretty, ipod connections and a full bar makes me want to call them just to ride around the city — beautiful limo. we will be calling them in the future for events. they make it very easy to have a perfect nite =) thank you so much, our halloween was beyond amazing!
