a lot of people come in here scared and worried about getting various tests done, such as we were, but Brian & Michelle made everything very easy and friendly. they have a very comforting feeling, and we had no problem whatsoever– especially with one of us stressing out. definitely a wonderful place to go.

The woman at the front desk today is extremely rude and unhelpful. She was short with me and sarcastic and unprofessional.
Also, I spoke with three different people from ALT to find out about services they offer. They were all clueless and each gave me a different story.
I would go somewhere more competent and courteous.

I went again to this place over two years later. They are still wonderful and discreet. I was getting a pregnancy blood test, and told the tech I was nervous and excited. He understood and said at times will hold his clients’ hands if they need it! Aww! My results arrived promptly the next day. Please consider them over LabCorp!

It is clean, comfortable, and as mentioned by another reviewer, the art is a cute touch and interesting. Everything was done quickly and only one jab to find a vein was needed. I went in first thing in the morning and was out of there in about 20 minutes, tops. If I’m being picky, I’d say the person helping me was pretty good, but there was a little room for improvement. Overall, I’d recommend them.

I’ve been on some medication that may have some negative effects on the liver and came here for a liver function test. The place has a sign in the back and a door there, but you’ll have to go around to the side facing Balcones. Otherwise, the location was convenient and there is plenty of parking right up front. Inside, it is clean, white and sparse; they do one thing here and it is set up as such, which should put you at ease if you are squeamish about having blood drawn, I.e. very professional.
Brian was helping someone on the phone when a walked in, so I had to wait a minute as he was the only one working there at the time. After that, however, I completed a pretty brief form and requested my results by email, told him what test I wanted, paid and sat down for the blood draw. Less than five minutes later I was done.
Brian was great about getting the vein the first time with very little discomfort. He explained that the results should be ready in about 24 hours and would be sent via password protected email with instructions. The prices are all fully disclosed in their website and at the location, so, as for value, it’s completely transparent — you can judge for yourself. For me, avoiding a trip to the doctor is worth it.

Awesome service & the location is very convenient. The young man who works there is nice and very professional, not to mention being skilled at drawing blood. I have been going for B12 shots for a while now and I have had lab work performed prior to doctor visits. They send the results to your physician & will send you an email copy of the results as well. I have never waited more than five minutes! I highly recommend this location.

I have been getting B-​12 shots at least once a month over the last year, and I wouldn’t go anyplace else. I have on one occasion gone elsewhere, but will never do that again! The staff at Any Lab Test Now is professional, and my visits are short.
Just today was there and got the LipoTropic B-​12 shot. This shot kicks it up a notch. This one will speed up your metabolism and burn fat, in addition to increasing your energy level. I wouldn’t have known anything about it, but the staff made me aware, was well informed, and provided me with enough information to feel that this was something worth trying. Can’t imagine anything being more helpful after all the food I have eaten over the holidays.

I went to ALTN to get an allergy panel done, they were quick, professional, very good (blood draw was painless), and I got my results as promised via email within the week. The test itself was very informative, supporting things I already knew and pointing out some new food sensitivities that have made my life a lot easier now that I know what to avoid. I would highly recommend Any Lab Test Now for anyone wanting some testing done quickly and without all the medical paperwork/​insurance hassle!!!

I am a dual diagnosis patient (bi-​polar and alcoholism)… The Balcones location has been invaluable in testing my lithium levels and with random drug tests which are ordered by my psychiatrist. The store itself is clean and comfortable. They are good at faxing my results to my doctors. The phlebotomists Corina and Laura make me feel comfortable and put me at ease. I couldn’t ask for a better experience.

I take my son to Any Lab Test Now for weekly drug testing, Corina and Laura are just fabulous. They are the medical assistants who greet you and make you feel so comfortable and welcomed. They explain everything up front and answer all questions so courteously. They also fax the results to the appropriate doctors instantly. What a wonderful service!
ALTN is much more affordable than any other place we’ve been to including my doctors office!

This was a VERY unprofessional experience! DO NOT go.
I went to the location in Central Austin and they were polite when drawing for the test and taking my money. When I received my results and couldn’t locate where it gave my results I called. The woman who answered the phone was EXTREMELY rude and said that it «was against their policy to tell us anything about our results» (that I paid for!). I asked if I could come down there and bring it with me so she could locate it for me and she said «I will lock you out»! At that point I asked for her name, which she would not give me, then I asked for her supervisors name, which she would not give and said that she was off today, so I then asked for her supervisors, supervisor. She then hung up on me!
I called another number and apparently was connected to the kind woman who took my sample the day before and she DID help me with the results (BTW — I work for a large Doctors clinic), and told her of the situation. She was very apologetic and help with the results. She mentioned that they have had difficulty with that employee before, so I hope this helps either change that employees attitude or encourages the management to help her look for positions she may be better suited for.
I know I wouldn’t want someone working for me with that level of «customer service» skills. Unfortunately for Any Lab Test Now, that one incredibly rotten apple reflects very poorly on the entire company.

I have numerous health issues which require that I have lab work done three to four times a year. My deductible is super high so Any Lab Test Now has been an awesome find for me. Their services have saved me a great amount of money on my test and I have always been treated very well. I am a hard stick and very nervous about blood draws so I was so happy when they were able to get me on the first try. An added bonus was that they had some place for me to lay down. Very pleased with how professional the staff is and how clean the lab is. Thanks Any Lab Test Now.

For Your Information… Cause I Wish I Had Known…
So I was frustrated w/​my doctor and his attitude that all my tests were fine so instead of going back to my doctor to have my blood drawn for retest via cpl I decided to try Any Lab Test Now.
I have to say the gal that drew my blood was awesome! She got it on the first try and I don’t think that has EVER happened!
So the tests results were fine and I don’t particularly have a problem with this location. What I do have a problem with is that they don’t tell you the results cannot be compared to previous panels done thru cpl. The tests I had done told me that my levels were fine but they don’t give a range of what exactly ‘fine’ is. And the panel and results cannot be compared to panels and results from cpl.
It was very frustrating to not be able to get the results from Any Lab Test Now and compare them to results I had previous. It is like comparing apples to oranges and I needed to be able to compare apples to apples.
So fyi, if you are using this lab as a baseline and not in comparison to other results then you should be fine. But if I’d known that I wouldn’t be able to compare I wouldn’t have paid the $ 300. They don’t tell you that up front and they should I think.

I have been wanting to try the B-​12 shot for a while now, but wasn’t quite sure where to go. I saw this place when I stopped at the Subway next door for lunch last week. There was a huge banner out front advertising walk in B-​12 shots so I figured I’d give it a go.
The place itself is nicely decorated and modern, and the staff is friendly. I went around lunchtime and I was the only one there, so I was able to get checked in, injected and sent on my way in about 15 minutes.
Not sure yet if the B-​12 has kicked in or not, but if I choose to get another, it will definitely be at this place!

I walked in this place needing blood work done and not caring where i went. i was pleasantly surprised to see the clean, stylish décor with blood cells and tissue x rays displayed as art on the walls. a flat screen tv to the right of the entrance animates the different lab tests they do and there aren’t any hurried lab techs running around.
the woman behind the desk (i’ve forgotten her name) was helpful and speedy with the minimal paperwork. she turned out to also be the tech that drew my blood, and she was awesome. not only was it nearly painless, but she drew blood on the first stick, which NEVER happens to me. I walked out within twenty minutes of getting there and was very satisfied.
