Loved the ‘don’t worry we’ll take care of it’ attitude. Had a late sunday night run in with a deer. Called the two company and had it dropped off at AMM. As a day 1 KOKE FM listener the marketing had really set in i guess. Luckily the marketing was spot on.
The shop kept me up to date on progress, handled all the insurance, two weeks later got the car back and it was good as new. Inside and outside were detailed as well.

Great experience here. Took car and set me up with a rental (through enterprise down the street) the day I came in for a quote. My Service Advisor Zach kept me updated throughout the entire process and they sent me pictures daily of the car being worked on. I got my car back on the day they promised and they cleaned the entire interior and gave it back to me all nice and shiny. But what really did it for me was that my car door handle in the backseat was broken which was a separate issue and not related to the accident and they replaced and put in a new one without charging me extra which I was not expecting at all. Had no issues dealing with insurance and AMM Collision and all in all, this was a pleasant ending to a crappy situation. I would come here again for body damage and would recommend without reservations.

I got into an accident earlier this year and long story short AMM was the closest place that my insurance company wanted me to go to.
I got about $ 5k worth of repairs done (insurance was only $ 500 tho! Eeee!) they were super nice, they vacuumed my car, the had jolly ranchers in the office too! :~)
They also had this great thing where they would text me photos of progress on my car and an estimated completion date. It was done almost a full week before expected and it was awesome to get near daily updates on what they were doing.
They were also incredibly friendly! Thanks! :))

Go to AMM! I had some scratches on the front right of my bumper that Charles Maund Collision Center told me would be $ 800 to fix. We decided to head to AMM to see what they would quote. Zach walked out with a towel and some compound and literally wiped it off. Imagine if we would have gotten hustled by the other guy. I’m thankful for the honest guys at AMM!

I would highly recommend AMM Collision Center. I was rear-​ended a few weeks back, which in turn pushed me into the car in front of me, so I sustained damage both front and back. I took my Explorer in for an estimate, and they did it on the spot. Once I received the check from the insurance company, they ordered all the necessary parts. They called once the parts were in, and I brought my car in on Friday morning, and they said it would be done and ready to go on Wednesday. And then, like clock work, they called on Wednesday and advised me that the repairs were complete. I worked with Zach, and he was both professional and knowledgeable. He car turned out perfectly! You could never tell that anything had happened to it. The whole experience was painless. I would highly recommend AMM for any of your auto collision repairs. You will be treated very well, and will receive your car back in perfect condition. A job well done!

I brought in my VW Passat with some front end damage and am very glad I chose AMM! The shop was friendly, fast (finished the repair in half the original quoted time), and the work itself was flawless. They even washed my whole car thoroughly. I had one very minor issue, so I took my ride back in and Zach took care of it immediately. Very satisfied with my experience.

Wow! I would highly recommend this place!!! I have always been extremely pleased with their kindness, professionalism, and quality of work. Work is done right and in a timely manor.
We’ve all been to body shops where we’re just a number and the workers seem to be on «autopilot «to put it nicely while we are left haggling with our insurance to keep covering the rental.
No more. Not at AMM Collision. All that hassle is such a breeze, I even just had them touch up some paint on my roof. Good as new and happy as ever!

AMM never disappoints. I’ve been rear ended THREE times in Austin and have taken my car to AMM the last 2 times. They are courteous and swift. Big props to James whom I’m sure went above and beyond protocol to find my near extinct body parts. He kept me in the loop the entire time and found parts that were damn near impossible. Nationwide recommended this shop to me after I was in a collision with another driver. After I took my car in, they were quick to return a quote. They ended up doing an excellent job repairing the body damage and making my car look better than it has in a long time. Everyone at the shop was very friendly and eager to please; they even picked me up from my place of work once the car was finished.
If I had one complaint, it was that they weren’t proactive in letting me know how the repairs were progressing. They said they had an automated system for emailing updates and pictures, but this did not seem to work in my case.

These guys have fixed a small bumper problem for me for a very cheap price and with excellent results. If I have an accident in the future, it is the first place I will go.

I got nothing but happy words to say about AMM Collission Center. When my car was rear-​ended recently this was the place that Progressive took the car. They were quick, efficient and super friendly when I called with concerns about using non-​oem parts. Ford wouldn’t cover any issues that came up with non-​oem parts, and my big concern was the electronics/​sensors (blind spot, etc.)
Carly faxed me all of the invoices that showed they indeed used OEM parts and all was well. She was also my phone therapist and helped settle me down and reassured me that they indeed (in my case) use OEM parts.
The car was fixed in one week. That was amazing. Me very happy.

I had a very pleasant experience having my wife’s car repaired here. It began with the receptionist who made me feel like she was genuinely interested in AMM’s customers. James was terrific with keeping me informed of the repair progress and the job was completed the exact day he had estimated. Everyone is friendly here!
