Allstate Insurance: Mike Hammer

My whole family has been using Mike Hammer for at least 20 years… (my late mother insisted). Mike and his staff are there to answer questions anytime. They are friendly, honest, and truly make customers feel safe and secure. They have insured every car and home I have ever owned.
I remember when I got my first home. Beth set up my policy. I asked her «So if aliens from outer space come down and blow up my house am I covered?» She laughed and said yes. I am always insisting on «the fullest of the full coverage». Beth has since passed. She was such a great lady. I loved chatting with her and miss her dearly. How many people can say they get that attached to their insurance people?
The rest of the staff are always nice like Beth. They know us, they ask how we have been, and about our family. I feel like Mike Hammer and the ladies are a part of my family. And when bad things happen they are right there to help! Thank you so much for being such a great insurance company!

Mike and his staff are very knowledgeable and very responsive and they are exactly who you want in your corner should you ever need to make a claim.

Mike covers our homes and our vehicles and I never wonder if I have the best coverage for my needs because Mike & his team took the time to understand what my needs & wants were before signing me up!

I’ve been a customer of Mike Hammer’s for over 20 years now. He has always gone above and beyond to help us get the best value for our insurance needs. In 2005, my inlaws lost their home to water damage in Katrina. They had Allstate but thier agent in Ocean Springs could not seem to help them. They were living in a tent for 8 months!!! We asked Mike Hammer if there was anything he could do and Mike make some calls and got things moving for them that nobody else in Mississippi could seem.
As an agent, Mike cares and has always been there for us.
