After having moved into my new home a few months ago, I discovered that the kitchen had a double sink. I wasn’t particular happy about that and wanted a single sink. So I worked with the builder on how to go about converting it. He pointed to Marilyn of AAA Stone Works. I called her up and we worked together in finding the right size sink. I found one at Lowes and ordered it. Then she said I needed to arrange for the plumber to come and dismount it before sending her guys over to swap sinks.
Once the new sink arrived, my new disposal acted up needing service. So i arranged for the plumber to come and fix it. After having schedule it, I realized and wondered if Marilyn would be able to get her guys to come on that day. Called her and explained the situation. She called back saying it could be done. I called the plumber back and changed the service to dismounting and remounting service. And that they could take care of the disposal at the same time.
The day arrived to do this. I was really excited about it. The whole procedure went smoothly and easily. I am so in love with the single sink!
Marilyn was very helpful and understanding that most homeowners prefer single sinks. For this experience, I am very grateful! Thanks, Marilyn!

Steve and Marlyn gave us our nice countertop. Their work is detailed and most of all they are very helpful and responsive. The amount of time they needed to draw and cut our countertop is the fastest than others (we went to several places and they told us 2 weeks). AAA did it in a week.

Giddy about my new counters!
My husband I were replacing our 70’s counters and a friend recommended AAA Stone Works in N.E. Austin. Admittedly when I first drove up it is in an odd location and I wasn’t sure if I was at the correct address. It’s not brand new and fancy, however, they have a good selection and by not having their place look «fancy» saved us considerable money-​way better than home depot.
We started at home depot and picked out two samples, one was $ 50+ and one was $ 70+. We first met with an employee «S» and she told us that it is actually from the same stone/​batch and that there shouldn’t be that much price difference. Also her price for the same exact granite was much less. (BTW Home Depot wanted us to drive to San Antonio if we wanted to pick out our slab). We found another slab we really like and picked it out that day. We brought in our sink and scheduled the install.
A few days before our install we received an e-​mail from the owners stating «S» had left and there was some hiccups, as in we were going to have to pick a new slab-​in fact 2. At first I panicked, however, Marilyn the owner and her son communicated thoroughly throughout the weekend that all was well. I picked out a new slab which was a little disappointing, however, the colors and quality worked out really well. Marilyn’s willingness to please, constant clear communication, granite quality, phenomenal installation by her crew, and customer skills were awesome.
In all honesty they almost got a 4 star because of the employee/​slab change (but who doesn’t have issues now and then in business?) but overall delivered a 5 star experience at the end of the day!

I wanted to freshen up my rental property kitchen with new granite tops but wanted to do it on a budget. AAA Stone Works came out and helped me choose the appropriate material — granite vs quartz — as well as a matching color so I wouldn’t have to destroy the back splash. They just finished installing it and it looks fantastic!
I’ve worked with many other contractors and AAA Stone Works really stood out in how dedicated they were. They’re a family owned business and it really shows! MJ, Marilyn, Krista, and the installers were always available and responsive. My project had a timeline of a week and they were able to achieve it in spite of my changing sink options halfway through — single basins are in vogue people! Finally, there was a key mix up and Krista personally drove to the Title company to deliver the key to the installer. Now that’s service!
I’ll definitely call AAA Stone Works for my higher end properties. I’ve seen their portfolio and they do absolutely fabulous work across the price spectrum!

Today I went to AAA unannounced to check out the granite for our countertops in our home that is being built in Lakeway. In the design center I picked the granite from a 3 inch piece. hard to do, so I decided to go to AAA hoping to be able to see and pick the slab that I’ll be spending the rest of my life with… I 1st spoke with a very nice gentleman, but for the life of me I can’t remember his name (sorry) then I met Sean… So, so helpful. both of them. I was able to pick the slab and reserve it. was a very painless and pleasant experience. the gentlemen were so pleasant and helpful… kudos to AAA for having exemplary employees… everyone there had a smile!

We needed a new stone countertop for our island and AAA did a wonderful job! They came to my home and suggested a great shop to pick out the stone (they met me there and took care of ordering and transferring stone to their shop for fabrication); they took care of installing the sink and contracting and organizing the logistics for the plumber. It was so easy! I would highly recommend them for stone fabrication and installation.
