The location changed owners and is known as Encantos now. The NACHOS are fantastic!

When they first opened I gave them a chance and tried their pizza. Their pizza taste like it’s from the frozen aisle and when they did have BBQ it didn’t taste good at all. Now they are changing into a Tex-Mex type restaurant and I gave them a chance and tried their food since they hired a new chef. But their food is still a let down and their prices are high. I called in my order and they told me 15 minutes my food will be ready. When I got there it took about 10 minutes for them to get my food from this thing that keeps your food warm. Well I live 2 minutes from this place and my food was cold and my burger was dry and the bread was hard, like it had been sitting out for a while. I got my kids cheese quesadillas and they were cold too. Their«tex-mex» food didn’t taste good either there beef fajita tacos and chicken and nachos and burritos did not taste good. I’d rather drive the extra 20 minutes elsewhere. And another thing is they have a sign saying they will be open at 6am to serve breakfast tacos but that never happens.

Really love the pizza there, however sadly the BBQ is no longer a thing there, … instead it’s been replaced by a Tex Mex/Burger thing?(have not tried that yet) Anyways, it’s pick up only, but since it’s so close to where I live that’s not an issue. Try the BBQ chicken pizza, it’s amaaaazing!

We got a meat lovers pizza. Generous and tasty toppings. Probably the best cheese I’ve had on a pie. Good crust. Only thing lacking was sauce. Almost non-existent. We’ll be back, though.

The pizza is ok. Not very great. We have tried this place several times and every time we look at each other thinking we should have drove the extra 20 minutes to pick up a pizza from Papa Johns. It’s the convin8factor when you live in the neighborhood but I wish they would stick up thier pizza game. It might be the dough that always ends up tasting weird. If they delivered I would make it one more star but they dont. It sucks that no pizza place delivers to our neighborhood. We tried the BBQ several times and did not like it either. DONN’S down the street is the place to go for BBQ. But they have since closed down the BBQ side and it’s just pizza and wings I believe. We have tried the wings also and they were ok. It’s no Wing stop. The place is super clean and everyone is friendly but maybe because it’s fairy new. Will be willing to try again but I hope that next time for the convenience factor but I usually just pick up pizza on the way home.

This place is so bobo. It was so exciting that there would finally be some pizza out here, but this pizza tastes like vomit. I think they actually use ketchup instead of sauce. I have never been inside the restaurant but I’m kinda scared of it. It seems like the people(minus the liquor store guy) who opened up in this building didn’t really care what they put inside, just wanted to open up shop. So disappointing.

The pizza is pretty good, I found out they stopped serving BBQ and it was rather disappointing :(but the guy said it wasn’t pulling in any money for how much it cost to do, understandable, and they’ve expanded their pizza menu quite a bit. ½ star though. No BBQ, but Donn’s BBQ is nearby and they’re pretty good. Although I don’t think anything is worth dealing with the traffic where 969 is only one lane. I went with the deal for 2 large single topping pizzas. There was a slight billing issue where another topping was added to the receipt, and the guy behind the counter didn’t seem able to fix it quickly so we just agreed to pick another topping that I liked and he’d add it to one of the pizzas. I probably could’ve gotten a little more out of that to test their customer service but ehh… it was only a little over a buck. Another ½ star for the way they cut the pizzas, I might be a little anal, but seriously it’s not hard to slice a pizza into 8 even slices. It’s easy, 2 cuts perpendicular to each other with the only hard part as gauging the middle of the pizza then 1 cut bisecting the pizza in between 2 of those cuts, and another bisecting the middle from the other side. The pizza had a thick crust, it was cooked well, not burned or under-done. The cheese and sauce were well proportioned, the toppings were spread out well on one pizza but the pepperoni had a distinct lack of … well. pepperoni. This is good pizza, not amazing nor great, but for being so far out of the way from literally everything in Austin and civilization(can’t wait to move out of here!), they’ll definitely get some repeat business. Even if I were elsewhere, I’d choose these guys over the pizza hut /dominos chains.

Inconsistent everything. Sometimes we are happy that we order from this place however the next time we order the same thing, the pizza will be burnt or the loaded potatoes will be prepared differently. It’s frustrating bc there is already a shortage of food on this side of town.

FINALLY a food place in our area! I would say that it’s «not amazing pizza» whatever that means. Pizza is pizza. For the convenience of being in the area and not being burnt or frozen or over priced, this is pretty good! Those standards sound pretty low, but just give this place a shot:) it’s a satisfying, made to order pizza that isn’t super greasy. I hear the bbq is supposed to be pretty good too but I’ve only been here for my pizza fix! Only giving 4 Stars because I do like my thin-n-crispy crust option from Pizza Hut but their crust is on the skinny side so it does the trick!

Excellent BBQ! We had the Brisket, Ribs, and Sausage. High quality, you can taste the freshness. Sides were good. We are definitely coming back for more!

Awesome wings! Place is very clean and staff is nice. They have pretty good pizza too for a Texas place :) being from NY I am a bit picky, but they definitely have pizza that is better then most around here. Worth the drive to the east side for the wings for sure!

I only tried the pizza… I ordered pepperoni and onion they charge about 1.80 extra for 2nd Ingredient l would’ve liked a lot more onions. They were finely chopped and sparsely added. I also ordered the bbq chicken pizza… Different but I still prefer papa johns bbq chicken. The wait time was about 20minutes and I thought the pizza was going to be a lot better personally. Not bad but it didn’t stand out.

Ordered the brisket sandwich. Out from the counter comes this what appears to be a block of wood. It was actually the thing they are calling Brisket. After three dry as a bone little slices on a giant hamburger bun? I took a bite of what tasted more like a poorly made roast beef sandwich. It was bland no smokey flavor no seasoning, save your money make the drive to Elgin. Can’t speak on the pizza. Haven’t tried it. But the Bar– B– que is lacking in many ways!

Had the brisket and sausage plate, with green beans and corn. The corn was excellent and seasoned well, the green beans tasted like they were straight out of the can. Sausage was Meyers and tasted just like other BBQ joints. I chose the point brisket and it was nice and juicy, but the kid that was cutting it didn’t know how to cut a brisket. The brisket was cut with the grain instead of against the grain, and you could tell they wrapped their briskets because it had almost a boiled pot roast flavor. The BBQ sauce was good but could use more flavor. Next time I go I will give the pizza a shot and maybe the wings.

There’s definitely potential here. The staff is very friendly. The pizza was very average but then my husband is from New York and my family is from Chicago so our expectations are pretty high when it comes to pizza. We will definitely have to try it again. The wings were just ok. The brisket was tasty but not amazing. The sausage was good. The chicken was too salty. The ribs were burnt. The sides were bland. The Mac and cheese was terrible. Again, this place is new and has much potential. Our critique is only in hopes that it will improve and be very successful in the future.

I see lots of great potential with this place. So far, I’ve had barbecue ribs, sausage and brisket. The barbecue is tender and juicy, but lacks the pit smoked flavor that you expect from barbecue. On the other side, I have not had the pleasure of having a pizza just yet, but the wings are incredible. The lemon pepper wings are a must try! I will give the barbecue another chance in the future. The pizza is decent. Employees are great!

Yes! Yes! Yes! Tonight we went in for a few pizzas to bring back to our hungry brood and boy are we glad we did! We got the Works, the Hawaiian and a half BBQ chicken, half BBQ brisket. All of the pies were loaded with cheese and toppings, the sauce was applied in just the right amount and the crust was perfectly chewy. The slices seemed to disappear before our eyes. Though all three pizzas were just what we needed, the brisket was definitely the star of the show. This place is just what the neighborhood needed. There is no doubt we will be back again to sample all the other menu items!

We had an excellent experience with this newly opened restaurant. The staff was incredibly friendly and executed our order correctly and timely. The pizza was really delicious and exceeded our expectations. The pizza we ordered was of the medium thickness variety so the dough had that tender-crisp consistency which we enjoyed. You can actually taste the cheese as the mozzarella blend they used was more robust than most. The toppings were generous and the plain pepperoni pizza was mouthwatering. We ordered a specialty pizza as well which was the bbq chicken, it was delicious and had a bountiful amount of toppings. The only teensy thing was that the small amount of sauce they used caused its flavor to get lost under all the toppings and dough. Otherwise, it was delicious. We would not only recommend this place for great pizza but we will definitely be coming back to try all of the other menu items. Great place, 5 stars!!!
