So my boyfriend and I have eaten here twice for the buffet once during lunch and once during dinner everything was great. So tonight I decided to order delivery since it’s the only thing that delivers in del valle. I ordered online at 7:35pm and was quoted a 65 min delivery time. At 8:27pm I recieved a call from the manager saying they were out of pan dough and could not make my dessert. I said ok just take it off my bill. He also gave me a discount. At 9:20pm I still had no pizza. So I called the store and told the girl who answered I have been waiting almost 2 hours for my pizza and she was shocked and asked me to hold to call the driver. After no contact she suggested I call back in 5 minutes to speak to a manager. I decided to wait a little longer. My pizza was delivered at 9:31pm. I open the box and my pizza was wrong and cold… I called and spoke to the manager who offered to send another one, I declined and asked for a credit. Since I paid cash. He offered me a credit of my entire initial order. That will be the only other time I order delivery from them. My suggestion just go eat in or maybe even get carryout.

They have mice running around the restaurant. Don’t order from them either they will end up forgetting something and will not bring it or refund you your money. Stay away from this place.

So i come to bring my family for the buffet, all the food looks like its been sitting for a long time. The noodles bar is loaded with old food, the pizza looks dry and the salad bar is full of ild tomatoes and slimy cucumbers. We ordered fresh pizza to be made and the girl up front is very helpful. We sit down and theres old plates at 5 diffrent tables that have been sitting there and continue to sit there as the bus guy stands by the restroom talking on his cell phone about football. This place is shitty and should be torn down. If i was the dm of this joint id quit my job and go elsewhere.

We placed an order over the phone and received service promptly. The associates were professional and executed our order correctly. We ordered two pizzas plus a dessert and received decent products. They have an average selection for pizza types but a limited menu when it comes to desserts. The dough used was tender and slightly crisp on the crust but had medium-thin thickness. The pepperoni pizza was really delicious. The cheese blend which was used was mouthwatering and robust. It definitely hits the spot when you are craving the classic peperoni flavors. The BBQ chicken pizza was okay, the issue here being that the type of mesquite flavored sauce being used was too sharply sweet and tangy. This missed a flavor balance and strongly distracted from the other ingredients which otherwise paired well in this recipe. We ordered the Dutch apple treat pizza for dessert. It was kind of mediocre meaning it was okay but not memorable so we wouldn’t order it again. But the basics of delicious pizza was definitely there for the pepperoni pizza. Pretty good place to come when you want hangover recovery pizza.

This was the most disgusting restaurant I have ever been in. The buffet looked like it had been sitting out for a couple of days. The mac ‘n cheese was covered with a brown crust on top from being out so long. The spaghetti was in a tray full of water and all mooshy. There were bugs crawling on the counter. I would’ve walked out without a bite but I was so hungry I was feeling nauseous and had to get to the airport to catch a flight. I can’t believe anyone would run a business like this. And I’m even more surprised they’re still IN business. I’d rather go to a McDonald’s drive thru. Avoid at all costs!

This is the ONLY pizza in town, therefore it is the WORST pizza in town. Unfortunately, all you have to choose from in DV is Mr. Gatties or the crappiest Sonic I have ever been to in my life.

THISPLACEISGODAWFUL! I must say it wasn’t always like this, but it’s totally been ran to the ground. Snotty nose kids EVERYWHERE, at the salad bar with out their parents. While here I witnessed a child pour her salad she previously ate off of back into the lettuce while placing her plate back onto the clean plates, 5 min later I witnessed a woman drop a cherry tomato off her plate onto the ground turn back around and toss it back into the salad bar DISGUSTING! And what a coincidence that the two were sitting at the same table. Also, the costumer service was horrible, pizza on buffet was cold, and salad bar was bare! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!

I asked for a pizza after I paid since they allow for you to order a pizza at the buffet. I waited a good 10 minutes and they didn’t call out my pizza. I got up to check to see what was going on and asked this sweet lady cleaning the tables to ask the girls in the back making the pizzas to check on it. Once the lady asked, the manager and 2 other girls gave her attitude about my pizza. I felt bad for the lady since they were rude to her for her basically asking them to do their job. What the girls should have done was just said«sorry, we will put that in for you.» I would have been fine with that to be honest. I will not be going back to Gattis which is a shame since I love supporting local businesses.

Incredibly disappointed in Gatti’s. We were passing through from Phoenix and were looking for good pizza to have delivered to our hotel. The delivered but our choices were Gatti’s, Pizza Hut or Dominoes. They delivered the order correctly but without plates, napkins and utensils — to our hotel room. Really tough to eat a pizza and salad without that. Then, the pizza was average, at best. If you have a car, I recommend venturing out.

One of the more decent Gattis Ive been to in austin. I’ve never gone for dinner, but during lunch hours the salad’s fresh and the pizzas are always replenished.

So i wanted to share my recent trip with you. It was pretty disappointing! Thursday we arrived at 11, several cars pull up and the store didnt open until a few minutes after 11. The tall woman just opened no apologies for opening late or letting us know they were running behind. AFTER i pay she points to these tiny white Styrofoam cups for the buffet drinks, these are small, so i lifted it up to make sure she knew what was out there, these honestly look like a childs sippy cup. Is this whats to expect for now on? we walk to pizza — NOPIZZA. she tells me pizzas will be out in about 6 minutes. Im sorry, i work in a place where 7am is start time, not me arriving at 7am,. After almost 10 minutes, breadsticks, cinnamon sticks came out. the problem with opening and having no food with customers still walking in is they all jump to grab whatever bread you have. honestly it was about 1120 before pizza buffet was full of pizzas, which if i would have known that we would have gone somewhere else. Plus a few times I thought about having lunch there, however my lunch break is only 30 mins so if you dont open with pizzas clearly i wont have time to eat, One more thing, the women’s restroom, the toilets really need new seats and covers, they are pretty scratched/paint coming off. we change ours yearly and home deopt/walmart sells them for less than 10.00

We arrived with 20 minutes till closing. The pizza didn’t arrive at all till I ask again about it at 9:30 then it had been made incorrectly. The staff did then remake the pizza which arrived at 9:50 and I would have left it at that until the female employee decided we were not eating fast enough for her, I suppose and came out to tell us «we are already closed and you need to leave». If the pizza had been made correctly and given to us in a timely fashion we would have been out by about 10 to 15 minutes after closing time, instead at 10:15 I think there is a severe attitude problem in this store. Actually I read a bit further and looked again at the door, no this girl came out and told us to leave 45 minutes before their stated close time. Drive on by!

If your really hungry, this is probably a good place to eat. The place is clean and comfortable with TV’s to watch. The Pizza is O.K. not really something I would consider great or would like to take friends too. I really did like the salad bar. There were plenty of salad treats to choose from and that is what made most of my meal. The pizza is –eh, but what should you expect at the buffet. My main problems was them asking what kind of pizza I would like, but never placing the order to the buffet. Why say anything if your not going to deliver? For the buffet pizza, I would rank it a 1 to 2 stars, it’s just to much dough. The three star ratings came from the salad bar, cleanliness, and TV as entertainment. I would not pay the price just for the salad bar. For a party of three the price came to $ 20 bucks and change. If your going through town, just pass this restaurant up for better food in town. This place seems to be geared towards college students with out the college patrons.

This location has a great all-day buffet and the employees are very helpful, quickly clearing plates and asking if there is anything you’d like that’s not on the buffet. A nice place to stop for dinner on my way home to the sticks.
