95Twenty Apartments

It doesn’t get much better than this. I’ve been here for nearly two years now and have no plans of leaving. The staff is by far the best part of the property, I’m talking to you Tarryn! The one issue, and it’s an issue no matter where you go, is the parking. Anytime after 6pm it’s near impossible to get a spot remotely close to my building. Oh well, I can use the exercise.
Stay at 95twenty!

I absolutely love this apartment
–the staff is awesome, great customer service
–grounds are kept clean and manicured
–pool is super nice and never over crowded in my experience
–gym is good enough, but ill definitely be looking into a membership somewhere
–community events are fun and frequent
–there is occasional pet waste around the property from lazy tenants but the management send out warnings when it gets bad.
— I personally love the valet trash. Yeah you have to pay for it regardless but I love it.
— Super modern design and updated fixtures, I adore my concrete floors
–fair pricing
–pretty good mix of ages of tenants that I’ve seen
–about a 15 – 20 minute drive to downtown which honestly isn’t bad. The only thing that sucks is the über or lyft home after a night out… That can get expensive
PETS:
–I have a dog and I feel very safe walking him around here and up and down spectrum drive
–to be honest the dog park isn’t great… My pup doesn’t really enjoy it. It’s small and lazy people don’t pick up their dogs poop even though there’s poop bags and a trash can right there… So the park is covered in poop and my dog hates it.
–no breed restrictions which is cool
My only complaint this far is how unbelievably loud my upstairs neighbors are literally ²⁴⁄₇.
I won’t blame that completely on the apartment though because I know that comes with living in an apartment and honestly I don’t think most normal people bang things around that loudly and that consistently at all hours of the day and night so I might be the only recent with that problem.

These are the best apartments I’ve ever lived in. You can read my past reviews, I’ve lived in some crappy apartments.
The price here is great. My apartment is SO nice. When relatives come to visit they always think I must pay TONS of money in rent! (But I don’t!)
The place is kept very clean. They have a trash guy that picks up your trash for you, they have an alarm system, the grounds are kept very tidy.
They also have pet posts everywhere with bags for dog poo and a trash can to put the poo in, which I love because it helps everyone keep the grass clear.

Its an beautiful complex i’ve lived here for 3 months and i love the service, the guys at the front desk are supper nice, the pool is great and the gym has everything u need!

I moved in without having seen the place and I definitely lucked out! I chose this place solely due to the fact that it’s a 2 minute drive from my office and I have been here just shy of 3 months so I think I can write a decent review outside of the «honeymoon phase».
The amenities are clean, the grounds are well kept, and the management is extremely responsive. I’ve only heard of horror stories with other maintenance companies who don’t do squat for their tenants but it’s not the case here.
They put on events for the residents a couple of times a month. A dinner here, a couple of REALLY delicious brunches, and ice cream socials for the little ones — that sort of thing.
I’ve seen a mix in terms of demographics. There’s a bit of everything ranging from single professionals to young families. My neighbors have been great and I can’t complain about the noise level. I think there has been exactly one time I was annoyed but it was also a Saturday night.
I signed a 13 month lease here and I’m really excited that I’m settled in a place I don’t hate!

We had some confusion I was upset about over a transfer. Everything is cool now, the staff at 95 Twenty handled it extremely professionally. My fiancée and I were going to get a one bedroom apartment here originally. We went ahead and paid all the deposits for it plus the rent… then changed our minds after a friend of ours wanted to room with us and got a two bedroom after we had already paid for everything on the one bedroom. We ended up having to pay some more money which is understandable. It’s a bigger apartment so of course we knew we had to pay the difference. We’ve got it all taken care of now! :) We have lived here a little over a week so there may be another a review from me in the future after we’ve settled in completely.
As for 95 Twenty, the pros about this place: BRAND NEW! GORGEOUS! When I say gorgeous, I mean from the pristine landscaping, to the spectacular office, to the apartment layouts and views. The staff is wonderful. We live in a society nowadays that demands instant gratification and I am very guilty of that myself. They are prompt and efficient with everything you ask of them. Billie, Tarryn, Kathy and Cristabel all have award winning personalities that truly welcome you to Austin and make you feel at home. The maintenance staff is very prompt as well, we had someone out within 24 hours to fix something for me. 95 Twenty also allows two dogs and I believe larger dogs are allowed. There are breed restrictions like most places, but I was thrilled I found a place for my pups. Parking is AWESOME, no fighting for a spot here at all. Some apartments come with a decent sized yard, we got one with a yard. 24 hour gym, a beautiful pool and high end kitchen appliances with real granite counters! :) The bathrooms are AMAZING as well. My fiancée is a big guy and doesn’t feel cramped here at all. He was excited to see the huge garden tub we got! Our other bathroom has a huge walk in shower as well. HOT WATER ALL THE TIME!!! Do you know how WONDERFUL it is to never run out of hot water?! I’ve got two dude I’m living with and my bathroom is make up paradise for me with all the counter space and never ending hot water! Plus the apartments come with a washer and dryer! Very secure, very safe. I don’t get home from work until after midnight and I feel perfectly safe walking through the complex.
The cons: There is a nice sized dog park here, but there’s no water or any place to sit there. Which is understandable, the complex does have yards on some first floor apartments and there’s a large wooded area that helps seclude 95 Twenty. Naturally, standing water will attract some unwelcomed mosquitoes or other bugs! I’m a crazy dog lady, though and enjoy meeting other dog owners so I use dog parks to my advantage when meeting new people. The living room was smaller than I anticipated… so my oversized, huge sectional sofa did not fit. I only realized this after our movers left. This was totally my fault, but just so you’re prepared, don’t do what I did! The washer and dryer I mentioned before are not that big and I’m spoiled by huge, front loading washer and dryers. These are just plain, regular washer and dryers. The price here is also crazy expensive. I come from Houston where the average rent there is $ 1100 — $ 1200 a month for a nice 2 bedroom/​2 bath in like… Cinco Ranch. Here, I’m paying $ 1500 plus pet rent. That was a huge shock, but that’s just Austin’s market. Plus for how nice this place is and I feel very safe here, I’ll take it.
