Discount Tire Store – Austell, GA

Have been taking my cars to the Austell location since it opened. They have taken car of me and my family. Any time I’ve had screws/​nails in tire they get me in and out without charge. Tried to tip and they said no… They have priced matched when asked. Bottom line — the service has been consistently good. For me that earns my hard earned dollar (s).

I love this shop. They just fixed a nail in my tire for the low low cost of $ 0. Amazing service. Fast service. Never pushy upselling. Last time I bought tires here they helped me with the rebate process. I recommend them to everyone I know. It’s a cold morning and they have coffee waiting as soon as the store opens.

In the past I’ve received great service but something has definitely changed! I left my car to have a slow leak repaired and they said they’d call me when it was done. No one called and the store closed. I had no transportation. I will not give them another dime of my business. They’ve lost a long time customer!

The absolute worst! !! I spent 1800 bucks on wheels and tires. I ended up leaving my factory wheels there. It took some time before I was able to go get my wheels. I called ahead to make sure I could come get them and they got rid of them. They didn’t even call to warn me or anything. And it’s nothing in the store policy that says you have x amount of time to get your property. That was simply illegal. I asked them to make it right and get me another factory set of wheels. The just told me no and that I shouldn’t have left them.
Before this incident they busted my muffler on my car by lifting it wrong and they didn’t want to fix it. I’m not letting this one go. Do yourself a favor, go to another tire shop. They are a terrible company!

I’ve been to this location 3 or 4 times now. The customer service is always excellent and the tire prices are competitive. Special thank you to associate Juwan who went above and beyond to take care of my tire problem at my last visit. He was friendly, professional and result-​oriented.

These guys are great, and they continue to amaze me with superior service. I got a nail in my tire and brought my vehicle to them. I was immediately greeted, as soon as I walked in. The sales person then went out to my vehicle and explained to me how they would inspect the tire and repair it, if it was repairable. Not only did they repair the tire, they rebalanced it and put in a new TPMS valve, ALL at no charge! There is a viewing area, where you can watch them work on your car. Michael is the new manager, and while I was waiting, he came over and introduced himself and gave me his card, telling me to call him anytime with concerns or questions. These guys go above and beyond to earn and keep your business.

I’ve been coming to Discount Tire for years and I can unabashedly say this location is the worst I’ve ever been to. I came in on my lunch break to get my tires rotated and balanced. I was told that I would be done and out in no more than 45 minutes. So I go to a Chinese restaurant and have lunch and relax. 45 minutes later I come back and my car hasn’t moved. I ask if my car will be done soon and am told I’m next in line, fifteen minutes and I’m out. 45 minutes later nothing. I take my car and leave without any service. They did apologize (that’s why 2 stars instead of 1), but apologies don’t rotate my tires. I won’t be back to this location.

Been a loyal customer for a few years now since I started driving at 17, I’m 25 now. Thanks for all your help guys, you’re great. Bless.

I’ve been in twice within the last two months for nails in my tires and these guys are courteous, honest and punctual. Before my first visit I had been to the dealership and they wanted to charge me for a new tire, no offer of plugging. These guys offered to plug my tire, which is a free service, instead of me paying nearly $ 300 for a new tire. They will definitely get my business in the future when I, in fact, will need to purchase new tires.

Usually great service. Have purchased three sets of tires there. Today waited one hour for rotation with appointment. Left without getting the rotation. No communication from sales folks. Poor job fellas

Although the store was busy I was greeted in a quick and welcoming manner. I appreciated the integrity and friendliness of the staff. Cam and the other guys in the shop provided great customer service which is appreciated in this day and age. The prices are competitive and I will be a return customer for sure.

Been a longtime customer. This place is great, from the people to the products. They have a genuine customer service ethic. From the beginning to the end they always excel! Great products, great advice and great prices– and they always do what they say. The people here really make the difference. What more could you want? Get your tires here!

I’m an engineer and always share this joke with my co-​workers — An engineer’s dictum: Fast, Cheap, Good, pick TWO. It turns out you can pick all three at Discount tire.
Fast — They usually complete the work in 45 minutes to an hour… even in the afternoon on Saturdays. Other places take a couple hours to look at my car, and another hour to work on it.
Cheap — Their price is comparable, and often cheaper than other places.
Good — They always do it right. Their staff is always courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Always finding the best tire that fits my budget and needs. Always looking for the best deal so that I get the most bang for my money.
Despite spending hundreds of dollars every time I have to come here, I really enjoy my experience. Thanks!

What an awesome place, had a free rotation and balance. Informed them that one of my tires had a slow leak and if they could patch it. They did. FREE…Scott, John and Carlos are all very professional.

Granted I didn’t actually buy anything from this place but that’s exactly why I am so happy with them. We walked in and were greeted immediately by John. He saw us drive up and knew the make and model of our car and what size tires we had on it. We told him both of the back tires had problems, one had a nail in it and the other had a bubble on the side. He walked out with us and assessed the situation. The bubble turned out to be purely cosmetic and the nail went in sideways so he was able to pull it out. We ended up walking away in about 10 minutes without spending a dime and he wasn’t a pushy salesman trying to get something out of us. I would recommend them purely because of John’s excellent customer service. If he is representative of the rest of his crew, I can only imagine that they would take great care of you for anything you need for your tires or rims.

Best place for tires. Consistently! The replace a tire program is awesome! Tom is Wonderful. Educated and saved me $ 160.00 for new Pirellis! Would recommend to anyone needed tires.

This is a great place to get a new set of tires. The guys and girls (if they have any) that work here are very friendly and helpful in assisting customers trying to find a good set of tires at an even better price. The wait isn’t long and the waiting area is very spacious with an array of update magazines for your choosing. I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the baths actually cleaner than most restaurants I frequent. If your looking for new tires this is differently the place.

Once again, fast good service and a super competitive price. I got a bunch of his cards to pass out, so beware…
