Just spent literally 45 mins on the phone trying to see if my crib was there. The store lacks care and organization skills sooooooo bad it’s ridiculous. Manager would not come to the phone and they had no idea what crib was even back in the loading dock so it took 45 mins to walk back there, check and get back to me. Do not try to call them and do not do baby registration there my wife and I did and we ended up with so much stuff that we didn’t relies the price on it because nothing is in its place. Customer service here is the worst. The first ladie I spoke with today just put the phone on hold and didn’t do anything wasted 10 mins just right there

Every time I come in here I never get any service! No one ever greets me and the items are in the wrong spot so when I go to the register it’s the wrong price. I work in retail and if our customers were treated this bad we would be fired. What a crappy place to shop!

This place is a definite step up from the location on Mississippi. While I appreciate the new clean and modernized facility… HIREMORECHECKERS!!! Seriously EVERY visit I’m standing in line for 10+ minutes

My two sons & daughter in law went to the Toy R Us @ Havana & Ironton today for a Legos event, for all ages. The Store Manager & two employees refused them access to the Lego event because it was meant for tots under 5. There was no posting! Strange, when you wouldn’t give a tot under the age of 5 any Legos due to dangerous choking hazard. My family has been there before and NEVER received this kind of treatment. These are Lego items that the your normal Lego Store does not sell or distribute except for free events, got this information @ the Park Meadows Lego Store when shopping for a certain small bag item for a birthday gift. My youngest son is a mentally disabled person since he was a young child, he loves Legos and it helps keep him stable. This event was not posted as for 5 and under either. We have spent quite a bit of money @ this new store, BUTNEVER again. The employees were very rude about this to my family, Toy R Us & Lego Corporate will also be hearing from us! Think twice about shopping here!

This location is a complete upgrade from the Toys R Us it replaced at Mississippi & I-225! The store is large, bright, clean and well-organized. There were even friendly employees wandering around asking if help was needed(gasp). I am impressed! I love the fact that it is a dual Toys/Babies location. This makes gift hunting(which is the only reason I frequent these stores) a tad bit easier. I knew exactly what I wanted but made a point to walk around the store to see what was available. They seem to have it all — toys, clothes, furniture, diapers, books, etc. This strikes me as a place any kid(or kid at heart) would love to frequent.
