XFINITY Store by Comcast

This place is worst than the DMV having to wait 30+ min just to turn in equipment. Nine service counters and two service reps working. Very bad representation of customer service. If it wasn’t for Internet Direct TV would get all my business!!!

Isaac was very helpful. I went in on a lunch break to return a modem and equipment. He was fast and very friendly. He also helped me clear up the issue with the equipment fee. He also offered a promo on my plan to upgrade my mps for the same price for a year. This location is great! Lots of available parking. I live in Denver and work in Aurora. If I ever have issue with my service then I’ll def come to this location instead of the Colorado Blvd or other busy Denver locations :)

At the door i was greeted by Jose who was very friendly and helpful. Then we later were checked out by him and he was extremely knowledgable, knew what i wanted and the best deal for me, and got me setup and running today! Im glad he was working when I came in and I plan to come to him every time I have to talk to a representative.

Over the years Comcast has been a good cable provider… but this particular center is run by rude and condescending people. If you question your bill, they go in for the kill. I went with my mom who basically pays the same for her cable as I do mine. She only has basic cable and I have cable/​internet. All I asked was could they give her a better deal, and the agent snapped back NO, without even looking at my mom’s account. She started pulling out tons of pamphlets and talking down to us like we were 6 years old. When I told her she was being condescending, it got worse. My mom then said she just wanted to pay her bill, but instead we got 2 more pamphlets with red marker and another lecture on how lucky my mom was that her bill was what it is and not higher. When my mom wanted to leave we were finally directed to a automated station to pay her bill, where the agent asked if I could help my mom put money in the slot, again talking as if we were toddlers.
This is the second experience I’ve had like this at this location. Not sure who is running the show, when employees are given free range to talk to customers this way.
I know the customer isn’t always right, but they should let the customer figure that out on their own, rather then belittle them into forgetting why they came in.

I went in to get help on figuring out my cable bill and hopefully bringing down costs because of a large, unplanned expense I had acquired. As my name came up, I was directed over to a gentleman named Jose. Jose was soft spoken, so very patient and also kind towards me. I need to say that because I was an emotional mess. I could tell that I was Jose’s number one priority, and he was able to make my situation work for me. I wanted to hug him, but of course I didn’t. If anyone goes into this Xfinity for assistance, please ask for Jose Moreno! He is the one I would recommend!

Had to return my cable box here when I switched away from Comcast recently. The people were friendly and the actual return process was pretty quick, however I did have to wait quite a while to get called. They have comfy places to sit and a number of things to look at while you wait though.

After years of being price-​gouged by Comcast, I finally found a representative who really cared about my service. Jacob was AWESOME! Super knowledgable, honest, and nice. come to this location and ask for him!

I can’t say much about others, but for the past year or so I have gotten excellent service from Comcast. The new Xfinity stores are great. My problems are few and promptly resolved with good follow up.

I switched to Comcast from century link and regret it every day. I can’t go 30 minutes without the internet cutting out.

I was extremely leary of going back to Comcast because of the terrible customer service I’d received in the past. I am happy to report upon picking up my equipment from this location, I had the BEST customer service from Jeffrey D. He was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Kudos!

The secret to success is to get there EARLY! I arrived at 8:45 on a Saturday morning and there was already 3 ppl in line ahead of me. By the time they opened the door 15 mins later (and not a moment before 9) there was another dozen or so behind me.

I had cut my cable a week earlier and spent literally 4 hours on the phone trying to get things shut off and a new modem installed. The nice young gent I was assigned to asked the questions yet again and tried to get me to stay and take additional services. I declined, then there was another. well if «we» do this… I very nicely told him… If I was able to pay what you do for phone, cable and internet I would keep it. He became very aware that he wasn’t going to talk me into keeping a few hundred dollars worth of services. He didn’t persist and once I showed him the 4 hours of calls on my cell phone, gave me a credit for that time as well.
I couldn’t blame the guy for trying because its his job. I was happy that he finally took no for an answer and had me out of there in 15 mins. As far as the service I have had at this location, it’s always been pleasant and once you actually get to someone it usually goes pretty fast. Face to Face customer service is no fun. Give them a break, they are trying to make a living like the rest of us.

Customer service reps here are nice and courteous… I’m so burnt on comcast ’ s way of conducting their business though. Bait and switch, constantly fluctuating rates, etc. I pray for a better alternative all the time. Join me in prayer!

The new location is great! It’s a lot more comfortable and up to date. My visit was easy and didn’t take long I honestly expected to sit around for a while but I didn’t. As soon as I walked in the gentleman at the front took my name and then I watched tv for about 5 mins. Not that I would be in here that often but the stay wasn’t bad.

We had to un-​expectedly move quickly. Of all the arrangements that needed to be made last minute, Chris at Xfinity made canceling our service and equipment return, quick, effortless, and painless. His kindness during this stressful move was very much appreciated! Kudos to Chris!!!

Sooooo much better than their DMV wanna be place before. But in the end it is still Comcast and there is a reason they always score in the bottom for customer service.
Staff was friendly but they how now messed up my bill 4 out of 6 months and keep trying to add on fees for a modem that I own. Much nicer place but like I said before, it is still Comcast.

Comcast deserves a bump up in rating for the customer service I experienced this evening at their Aurora location.
I was fully expecting a horrific DMV like experience with a less than pristine interior with long wait times and unpleasant people. Instead I was immediately greeted by a young woman who said ever so politely «Welcome to Comcast, how may I help you». She added me to the queue and told me the wait was going to be approximately 15 – 20 minutes. I joked with her for a moment because I didn’t believe her, there were so many people waiting, the wait time seemed so optimistic for what was realistic.
True to her word, 15 minutes later my name was called and everything went off without a hitch. Five minutes with a customer service representative and everything was completed and off I went. If I hadn’t been there I wouldn’t have believed it.
I’ve been loyal to Comcast for years and with this step up for in-​store assistance I will definitely continue my patronage. Kudos Comcast for a job well done.

I haven’t used Comcast services in almost 2 years. I’ve had it before, but since my lady works for Dish, we’ve used them for TV and Comcast strictly for internet before. But after a complicated series of events, we had to switch back to Comcast for everything.
When we signed up, we opted to go into a store and pick up our equipment so we could get started right away.
The last time I went to a Comcast service center, it was a slightly depressing experience. The center was a dingy DMV looking office, where you had to stand in line and deal with less than enthusiastic service employees.
So when I went in this past weekend, I was very pleasantly surprised by the changes that Comcast (now really known as Xfinity) has made.
The whole thing reminded me of a cell service store. When you walk in, you’re greeted with someone with a tablet, who gets your name and what you need, and will check you in. They add you to the queue, which is easily visible on TVs around the store so you can know your place in line. The store has plenty of comfortable places to sit, TV going, and iPads where you can try out their extended services. In general, the whole experience is much, much improved and more comfortable.
The wait was really short-​we were in at 3 PM on a Saturday and were helped within 5 minutes of arriving and checking in.
The customer service rep we talked was polite and efficient. They quickly looked up our account, excused themselves to the back room, and were back with all our equipment in literally about a minute. They verified we had everything we needed, and gave it all to us in a pretty nice tote bag.
Overall, Comcast has really, really stepped up their service and the experience of going in to pick up/​exchange equipment and deal with billing.
You don’t have to dread going into a customer service center anymore!

I came in on Friday to pick up my equipment that I ordered over the phone.
Walking in I had 21 people in front of me. 45 minutes later and some great angry people watching I got called up. I needed to switch my address before I connected my equipment and they couldn’t find my address. This was my fault as the company lease was given to me incorrectly. After 20 minutes of being helped… we finally got settled and got my equipment. My staff lady was very nice and helpful. The only downfall was that they gave me the wrong cable box! I asked for a hd DVR box and they gave me a regular had one. I had to come back two days later after the box didn’t work.
Come not on a weekend. Save yourself the time.

I came here today to show proof that I was moving into an apt that already showed Comcast service. I was acknowledged within a minute of walking in and my name was put in the system. This place is definitely busy. Most of the customers seem educated about Comcast in general. They had little booths setup for express pay as well.
The wait was about 40 minutes and the nice lady, Carolyn was fast and thorough. I saw a couple people looking annoyed and others reading books or playing on their phones. The place has air conditioning and has only a hand full of Comcast people. Their crowd control could definitely use some help. I don’t think the greeter probed enough because I could see the look of frustration in some people.
I was in and out in less than 15 minutes with new service to start next Sunday. I’m thrilled I’ll be getting 50mbit download. I have never seen internet that fast!
I had a pleasant experience. I know there is no easy way to wait for TV/​Internet service when almost everyone and their mothers are in that store. Go during the week before or after lunch. You will still have to wait, but not as long. Bring a book or play on your phone. You’ll be good to go!
