Specialties
Project Helping exists to offer a unique opportunity for those impacted by depression. We use volunteerism as a method to create a feeling of purpose and belonging. The feeling of purpose is achieved through helping others in need while the feeling of belonging is created by being part of a group of volunteers who all share the struggles associated with depression.
History

Justin K.
Business Owner
My name is Justin. I founded Project Helping from my own experiences with depression. I have struggled with clinical depression for as long as I can remember. I found volunteering to be an amazing outlet and a tremendous way to create a feeling of purpose. I created Project Helping to share my experiences with everyone impacted by depression.
