Nine West Outlet

Terrible service here. Came to buy some shoes for my wife as a surprise gift. Bought some really nice purple shoes. The box said 7 ½. Of course I couldn’t try them on so I bought them, the csr never checked the size of the shoes themselves.
Get home to give them to my wife, look at the size and they’re an 8! I’m like WTF! Sure enough, they were too big. I’m not used to this because u never have this problem with men shoes! The size it says on the box is the same size of the shoes IN THE BOX!
Go all the way back here (I’m about a half hour away plus $X.XX in tolls on both 355 & 88) just for the csr to just apologize & refund my money. I didn’t want a refund. I wanted the shoes I came to purchase!

I have been in Nine West Outlet store a few times. Never had as bad as service as yesterday 6÷11÷14. My sister and I walked into the store, the only customers in at the time. Three employees were working. All three seemed to be by the back door stocking or whatever they were doing. They then proceeded out to the floor still stocking, and not one acknowledged us. The girl looked at us, and walked to go pick up some paper on the floor. We stood in there about 3 – 4 minutes and no one helped or even said hello. I work in customer service, and those employees showed absolutely none yesterday. Very disappointed since I wanted to buy two pairs of shoes. I will not be back now.

my girl was lookin 4 sum wedges & wasnt tryin 2 pay 2 much 4 them. there was good deal here this weekend which was buy 1 get another 1 for half off. she ended up gettin 2 pairs of shoes for $ 115. the best part of this whole experience was the wonderful customer service we received. im sorry that i never got the name of the man that helped us cuz he was soooo great!

When you go to an outlet mall you know the service level is probably not going to be there and it was true of everyone at this store except for one person who I had the good fortune of having this one woman help me find some shoes.
I do not like Nine West shoes but I have been looking for a non platform non cheap tramp looking non patent leather nude pumps for months so this was one of my last ditch effort stores. I went in and found a pair and they were on sale!!! This woman came right over and asked me what size I was needing… I told her the 2 sizes (Nine West has the worst sizing I have ever seen-​no consistency) and she zoned on my sizes and handed me them with a smile. I tried on the pair and picked out my size and went to go put the other one I did not choose back… the woman told «No worries just leave the shoe you don’t want there, I’ll take care of it!» She said it with a huge smile and in a friendly voice. At the end I actually went over and thanked her after I paid she was that great.
Then I got to the cash wrap… there were these 2 little girls that were more intent on socializing and talking about dating then actually working. Ok so I had the shoebox in my hand and on the counter and my wallet out she asks «are you ready to checkout or do you need to look around a little more?» What? I have my wallet out and left my shoes on the counter and have been waiting for you to finish your episode in dating talk with your little friend.
If you are at the outlet just doing a day of shopping you can come on by but I wouldn’t make a special trip put here to just go to the store… they had a lot of cheaply made and cheap looking plasticky looking shoes. I think I just lucked out.

I was not impressed. Visiting on a Sunday afternoon, we found a good crowd of people. Not one employee came out from behind the counter. They stood around talking. A customer decided to be the one to tell us about the current promotion, not the employees. Odd. The store wasn’t very tidy at all. And the clearance items were overpriced. Bottom line, I wouldn’t take a trip here again.

i didnt expect to find much since it is the outlet store.
but let me just say, i could have stolen a BUNCH of shoes. the sales associate was on her cell phone in the back room with her back turned… and there were about 4 – 5 shoppers in the store. i should have stolen something and waved at the cameras.

Even though I plan to review the Aurora outlets as a whole, I believe this store is worthy of a stand-​alone review.
I have an extremely hard time finding shoes to fit my extremely gargantuan feet. Nine West and a few other stores carry shoes I can comfortably wear, that do not fall apart right away. So I was delighted when we came across a Nine West Outlet in the shops at Aurora.
The prices here are rather cheap, with the sandals I picked out only $ 14, and both pairs of dress shoes (one pair of sky high black heels, and a pair of deep burnished red heeled loafers for work) cost only $ 60. The staff here was very pleasant. Not that I needed any help finding what I was looking for, but they were very friendly, and when I went to check out, they were nice enough to tell me the B1G1 ½ deal, even though minimally signed at the entrance to the store, was good on my dress shoes. (So of course that’s why I ended up with two pairs!)
OK. Now here’s my rant. The first bit i my fault, so I cannot discredit the store. I never tried my purchases on first, but instead used my knowledge of past Nine West purchases. Well, the sandals fit a bit small. The heels are a bit too big, and the loafers are just way too big, even for my feet. Trying these shoes on at home, felt like Goldilocks and the Three Bears. Couldn’t one pair be Just Right???
The second bit, could be a mix of both of our faults. Yes, I understand this is an outlet. That for some reason, these items have been deemed unsaleable in a regular retail forum. But I expected at least a little more from them. As of now, I have worn each pair at least two times. The red shoes, the finish on them is beginning to scrape off. The stacked heel on my sandals is starting to come apart. But my black heels are still fine. I was expecting a little bit more quality. I didn’t pay that low of a price. I’ve had shoes that came from Payless that have lasted longer.
So yes, I will still love Nine West, but not just in the outlet form.
