New Cleaners

It saddens me to write this review as I had a great relationship with this dry cleaner for years. They were great to work with until we ran into a problem with them.
They seemed to have lost a shirt that belonged to my husband. Now, I know this happens. But they didn’t want to admit they lost the shirt. They argued and then became basically rude to us, even though we continued to use their services.
Finally, my husband had just ‘had it’ with the attitude and decided to switch to a different cleaners. Me? I planned on still using them for my cleaning and our daughters’ items. But when I went in to pick up an item of my daughter’s, the owner would not even speak to me.
She saw me come in, got my daughter’s item, charged my credit card and did not say one word to me. That’s when I decided I had better switch as well.
Sad to think a long relationship could end like this. But the silent treatment from a dry cleaner? Seriously? I don’t need that
