Had purchased a vehicle a couple years back. Had some issues shortly after I bought it, but overall the car lasted
We were in need of a car for our daughter since she is off at college. Saw one that the description sounded awesome for. 2010 the miles were bad. Was listed as this car in great shape.
Went to test drive it last night and I am not out to slam the sales person as he was friendly but honestly the car was not in the shape i had expected. Bottom of the front drivers side door had many dents In it like the previous owner kept opening it up on a curb. The drivers seat with filthy and we were told it had been cleaned an not seat issues but showed the salesman that looks like it was never touched. There were many chipped areas where paint was missing and even few of those spots already had rust. On a 2010 that is rare and when we politely said we were going to pass and were asked why we decided against this car and we pointed out for one there is rust on the car. The responses was like they were shocked and surprised and could we point it out to them so they know. It was obvious it was rust and I’m sorry I can’t believe they wouldn’t know. Makes me wonder if my initial car I purchased used the issues I had were known and they didn’t tell me.
I’m really floored that you would try to pass a car off that has rust. The advertisement says power everything but the windows, seats and doors were manual. Only thing power was the steering.

I file a complaint against Max Madsen’s Aurora Mitsubishi and they completely ignore my concern and the issue i had with the service and refused to issue a refund. This place is seriously a joke. I will be file a charge back on my credit card for the poor service I received. Stay away!

Bought a new 2015 outlander sport about a week ago and had an amazing experience. I must say I had the pleasure to deal with Marcus an employee of I believe 5 years at Mitsubishi. Marcus was very thorough understanding nice and like I said a pleasure. I said what I wanted and stated a price and the deal made was simple and fair. Now when it came to financing I believe the man who I dealt with was mike and he fought and went to war for me. He was victorious and he really was also a pleasure to deal with! This dealership is just like any other dealerships except they seemed to be more reasonable. When I need another vehicle there’s a good chance I will be back :-)

Ok so about a month or so I had finally spoke to the manager and gm at max madsen hoping to get my money back for the brakes that I had to replace the same month I bought the car and at first they all seemed very helpful I brought the old damaged brakes into them to see and they all shook their head when they saw the bare metal on the «brand new» pads they installed prior to me buying the car so after about a week of waiting they called me back and tried to tell me that squealing grinding brakes are normal and that the brake pad rep said so well if that was the case it would have been nice to be told that when I brought the car in before I went and spent over 400 dollars on front and rear brake pads I simply wanted to be reimbursed I drive with my 3 year old son all the time winter is here this is not the time to drive a car with bad brakes so I got them fixed long story short max madsen said sorry we couldn’t tell you that the brakes where good and that any repairs would be on your own dime they told me I had to eat the loss and sorry it’s pretty much the worst customer service I have ever dealt with sucks cause now I have to deal with this dealership for any repairs due to the fact I bought an extended warranty I guess next time I will just sit back and wait the full month it takes to get a call back from anyone at the dealership when I have a problem buyer beware once you buy it your on your own

After a very dramatic car search and recommendation of a friend, I contacted Anthony at Max Madsen. Although I wasn’t in the market for a MItsubishi, he found me what I wanted. There was a small hiccup with another staff member but all-in-all it was a great stress relief to work with Anthony and Jorge.
