They didn’t tell me over the phone that they are not able to do a simple cleaning on the first visit. This was very frustrating to me as I fought traffic to get to my appt. the hygienist was very sweet, but the fact that they failed to tell me about the «multiple visit» policy really just fucked up my opinion of this place.
