I live in another state and was worried when my elderly mother needed to repair her car. Someone she knows recommended Sheridan Auto Tech. I looked through the online reviews of the Lakewood shop and felt reasonably comfortable, telling her it looked reputable.
She was very impressed with Chris. He understood the issue and he provided her a reasonable estimate. After he began the work, he realized that the issue was not as stark as he initially believed and informed my mother that the repair would actually be about half of the original estimate. Finding an auto repair shop that is honest, professional and has fine workmanship seems to be a rare find these day.

You can tell Chris is a great guy just by the sound of his voice. He was courteous and professional throughout. We bought a coupon for free oil changes and took both our cars here. Both the shop and office were clean and welcoming. I would definitely come back for my car needs.
