I arrived at 6:33pm to have 1 fingernail repainted and my eyelashes touched up. I naïvely thought it would be an «in and out» service. It is 8:15pm and I have had 1 finger nail painted and I am still waiting for the eyelash service. Since they don’t take appointments on the eyelash service it is hard to determine the best time to arrive. If they were unable to provide the service I would have rather the curtesy/​professionalism of simply saying that. I would have gladly come another time.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. I’ve been getting my nails done for over 12 years and I have never had such a bad nail salon experience as today. Let’s start off by saying that they do NOT take the time to make sure your nails and being done right, they seem to be rushing so they can work on the next customer. I just needed a fill and do I regret coming here. My nails were left bumpy and not even with the Polish covering the whole nail. Did I mention that I get gel nails with the additional no chip Polish on top. They sure charged extra for even filing down my nails a little bit, but they were upset when I pointed out that my nails felt very rough to the touch and were smudged in some areas. Which should NEVER happen with no chip polish. The lady seemed very bothered that I pointed this out and she pulled my hand and in a very sloppy matter piled one more clear coat on top (while speaking in another language to the lady next to her). Nails still look horrible. Needless to say I will NEVER be going back and if you are looking for a nail salon that actually cares about their customers and making their nails look nice, head to Bravia Nails in Oswego.

The worst and most rude service I have ever received. The nail technician was so fast and aggressive during my pedicure, as if I was a bother to her. Because she was being so aggressive she was hurting me as she was working and when I pulled away that made her even more mad! I finally just got up and left and she proceeds to yell at me and tell me this is how she gives pedicures! Horrible customer service and too inconsistent to go back!

I just left Classy nails and I must say, I left very disappointed. I’ve been getting my nails done for years now and I have never had the experience I had here at Classy Nails. The lady that did my nails even from the beginning was very rude to me. She barely said a word to me and when she did it was bitchy. I walked in with a great smile on my face and left with a frown. When I asked for a nail color opinion on which nude she recommended she said «they’re the same color it doesn’t matter». I asked for almond shape and insisted that the price would be more and I said that was fine. She did a terrible job at shaping my nails and I told her to make them less sharp and she said no it won’t look good. I’m a server, I know how much customer service means to a guests experience. I have never not tipped someone before today. She did not deserve a tip whatsoever. I will not recommend or be returning.

Horrible service. Rush you. No foot or leg massage. …for 30.00 $. So many other nicer places to go. But since I had to wait for my car to be done, this is the service I get.

I checked in here on 11.25.2015 to get my nails done which they are located inside the fox valley mall… I was already doing some shopping so I found that this place was extremely convenient. All that really needs to be said is, you get what you pay for. The lady who did my nails did a quick job and was really nice with starting a conversation. On the other hand, the paint job was really bad. They did not have a lot of variety when picking out a color, the price was not to bad but they make extra money if you want a certain shape to your nail. I don’t think I will be going back anytime soon, I have yet to find a nail place I really like and enjoy.

Let me start by saying you can come to this place if you want a job done but not well. I got a regular pedicure and manicure $ 35 + $ 5 for a no chip nail polish removal. Which is fine because that is understandable charge. For $ 35 you get an okay job. The person who did my nails was a man. Uh the job was okay nothing special. I didn’t get a good massage or pedicure and the manicure is so so. Two days and my nail polish has peeled off. I looks bad. And I wouldn’t go back here to be honest. If you’re desperate I guess this place is okay. If you want relaxing pedicure and manicure you need to go somewhere else.

DONT GO HERE. The guy who did my nails was extremely rude. Told him twice I wanted my acrylics shortened & he insisted I never told him. Complain he had to start over. He then proceeded to do a bad job finishing my nails. Making them slight crooked, not an even almond shape. Went here cuz it was convenient. Never coming back again. I shouldn’t have even paid. Charged way more than my normal nail salon I go to. I repeat DO NOT COME HERE!!! Save your money & go somewhere else!!! TK Nails is the way to go! They do a fabulous job!!!

I have come to this place for many years now, and i love it !! I get my nails done and eyebrows done here. My natural nails are sooo short i have to admit. But they don’t complain, until yesterday (⁰⁶⁄₂₅) this lady was doing my service. She was complaining like crazy ! Like she hated her job or something like that. She was talking smack about her previous client. When it was time for her to trimmed the nails done she didnt even give me a option of how long i wanted them she just chop chop chop. I told her i wanted them longer but she just didn’t care and continue. That was so rude, im paying for the service not her. After that i had gotten up and wash my nails and once i was going back she already had some other lady in the chair? She told me to go wait and sit. I was done with this lady !! I was standing by them until she gave me a dirty look and took the nail polish off my hands and told me to sit where you are supposed to dry your nails and she was painting them right there, the color is uneven, she did it in 1.2.3. After that she went back to her chair and talk smack about me !! I’m never going back to that lady and neither should you. She sits in the left side /​second row/​all the way to the end by the window! Other nail tech’s in that place are amazing!!!

I love going here even though I live in the city now. When I’m in town, I still drop by from time to time. Most of the employees work proficiently and still provide quality work.

I would never ever recommend this place. Ever. I was in the mall and decided to stop on a whim because it was convenient.
I got a pedicure and it was not even 20 minutes! There was zero massage of any kind. He rubbed some lotion on and that was it. This was easily the most rushed pedicure I’ve ever been given. They are not busy at all and nobody is waiting.
Also, 1 star for atmosphere. Place doesn’t look very clean, no music or anything. A TV was playing on mute.
For the service I received they should be charging half of what other nail salons charge. Never again.

Went to this place from a friend referral. When I asked him if they had an off white nail polish the guy at the front desk said only one white. with an attitude. So when I sat down for my pedicure he brought back the white polish and said this is the only one… no others. I was like okay… I get it. Bad first impression. When he started working on my feet it was over before I knew it. I asked him politely if he could scrub my legs and he was rough after that! The pedicure was 10 minutes! When I mentioned they didn’t have the best reviews on Unilocal he complained that most of those people complain everywhere and its «their nails». Lmao. Definitely not going back. Going to stick to my place as usual!

Do NOT even think about going to this place! They have no sense of cleanliness! Nail files and clippers are used between clients without being sanitized & Nail shavings everywhere! They don’t care about your nails only their pockets! Brought the above to managers attention and he suggested I buy my own supplies next time I come in. news flash «manager!» I will NEVER return to this dirty place ever again! Lastly, the male tech that did my nails was rude and had the audacity to do a so-​called 10 second massage on my hands immediately after he finished filing them so the nail shavings were included in that awful massage. YUCK!!! He also suggested I find an «upscale» nail salon so I can get cleanliness and sterile supplies! I told him it shouldn’t have to be upscale to be clean and sterile! It should be common sense!

I went there last week for a no chip manicure and a polish change on my toes and was very disappointed! My toes chipped the very next day and my nails were filed way too short and rounded when I specifically asked for squared shaped! The no chip manicure was done horribly. Polish was outside of my nail beds and with red color it looked terrible. I also had jagged edges on multiple nails that were snagging everything. On top of it all my no chip also chipped on multiple nails before 1 week! I was very unhappy and would not go back to even have fixed or recommend.

Why does this place only have 2.5 stars? This is the only nail salon in the area I am ever satisfief with. And they are always busy. Pedicures last me roughly one month and I don’t do no chip. Manicures about a week. I also recommend this place because they don’t talk about you in their language

I have been a client of Classy Nails for 11+ years. Sara is the only person I trust with my nails and eyebrows. She is always so professional and courteous. I look forward to my time there — she feels like part of my family. Sara introduced me to No chip and I am hooked. My nails always last a full two weeks before my next appointment.

This place is horrible. I received a manicure and the guy who did my nails was horrible and rough. He didn’t get all of the previous nail polish off, he ground my nails too far down, was unfriendly, and just sucked. They are rude and sloppy. Don’t go here!!!

Went in for a pedicure and was able to get in right away without an appointment. However, the pedicure was not great. She did not get all of the polish off my nails before continuing, barely filed or buffed the nails, cuticles were not completely cleared, nails were cut too short and she did not ask if I even wanted them cut, dead skin on the toes was not removed and the water in the tub was hardly warm. Polish was not even and did not cover the entire nail. I asked for a matte finish and she forgot and did a shiny top coat. When she ran my credit card the slip had no spot for a tip so I was unable to leave one. I felt she completely rushed through the pedicure and I could have done a similar job on my own. It’s unfortunate because they have such a nice facility and many services. I will not return.

I decided to try this place out since they were still open and every other nail salon closed at 6 PM on a Saturday. I liked how everything turned out but my no chip manicure chipped the next day…
Also, I still have some old nail polish on my nails that the lady did not get off.
You also can’t tip on your card, for a person like me who doesn’t carry cash I felt bad but then again, I don’t feel bad for someone trying to cheat the system

The best part was there was no nail salon smell!!!
A friend refered me here and she also loved it. I went with another friend, her and I both got mani-​pedis, $ 35 +tip. You could not leave the tip on the credit card though, so bring cash. Also we had the same person for both services so there was only one person to tip.
The pedicure was nice and the tub and tools all seemed clean and hygenic. I got a cute design of flowers on my big toes for an additional $ 5, very cute. We were lucky and had no waiting. It seemed like the longest wait we saw was 20 minutes, and that was the 1^st nice saturday of the season.
I wish I could rate 4.5 stars. The salon is moving into a larger space at the end of the month so it did seem a little cramped and alightly disheveled. Hopefully this will be fixed once they ahve more space.
3 days later my nails still look great. I’ll go back for sure.
