This place does quality embroidering, but I’m only giving 3 stars for lack of professionalism. A few years back the guy who manned the front desk had an attitude, and more recently, I dropped off an item and was told I could receive it back the same day.
Not only did I not receive a call that day to pick up my item, but a week went by with no word. The next week I dropped in, only to find they were closed that weekend and also aren’t open Mondays.
A standard courtesy call could have ensured I had my item a week earlier. Good work, but you may have to stay on them to get your stuff back.
