History

Established in 2013.

RAM Construction Group is a joint partnership limited liability company that was incorporated in Georgia in January of 2014. The managing members of RAM are Jonathan Aceves, Jason Mandarino, and Rommel Romero. Our staff and crew bring years of experience to bear in light residential and commercial construction. Currently, the company is involved in full-​house historic renovations, real estate turns, and various remodeling projects.

Jonathan A.

Business Owner

Jonathan oversees the finances and accounting for RAM. Jonathan obtained his Real Estate license in 2005, and recently joined Sherman & Hemstreet in 2013 as a licensed commercial realtor. He holds a BBA and an MBA from Georgia Regent’s University. Jonathan lives in Augusta with his wife and two children, is a member and Deacon at First Presbyterian Church in Augusta, and is an active member in the Olde Town neighborhood association.. Jonathan has long had a passion for remodeling and historic renovations, and loves being involved in community development.
