Established in 1992.
Since our founding in 1992, Augusta Data Storage has grown to continue to meet the needs of it’s customer base. From providing secure off-site storage options for records to assisting customers with record purges, secure document destruction, and now electronic waste destruction, we strive to be a one-stop-shop for managing the information of our clients.
Our 100,000 square foot secured facility and climate controlled storage vault offer a variety of storage solutions for and information medium, from paper and x-rays to discs, tapes, and other climate sensitive items. In addition to our storage facility we also manage a plant-based secure shredding operation that is NAID AAA Certified. No matter your records management needs, Augusta Data Storage has a solution to help you and your business.

Business Owner
Brian Ellefson serves as President and CEO of Ellefson Transportation Group and its subsidiaries including, Augusta Data Storage. Brian is a third generation owner along with his brother Nyles. The Ellefson family began as a local company store for Grey Van in Augusta, GA in 1967. Brian has over 30 years of transportation and household goods experience and under his leadership Ellefson Transportation Group has evolved to include other complimentary services such as document storage and destruction as well as portable containers. Brian has a proven track record of completing projects on time and within the specified budget. Brian has served on the Georgia Movers Association Board of Directors, The Association of the U.S. Army; ARMA International, PRISM International, National Association for Information Destruction (NAID), and several CSRA chambers including Aiken, Columbia County, Augusta Metro, and North Augusta Chambers of Commerce.
