So incredibly friendly and efficient! I walked in, no appointment or anything, and they were able to take care of my shattered screen immediately. Simon checked all of the features on my phone (iPhone 6+) beforehand to make sure they still worked after the repair. he was really kind and knowledgeable, and the price was extremely reasonable, definitely the lowest price in town. there’s also a 30 day warranty on the phone in case it started glitching (minus physical or liquid damage understandably), which I really appreciate. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back for any and all repair needs. Truly wonderful place! Very glad to have found it.

The fellas here are super chill super cool and amazingly professional. I had to get a lot done to my phone and they put it together and got it back to me in a timely manner! I would make the trip back to here if I ever need it again (knock on wood)! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone

Called in and I was able to come in same day and get it done within the hour. Faster repair than the Apple Store in augusta. Customer service was on point and courteous.

I’ve had more than my fair share of opportunities to get my iPhone repaired in the last few years. I must say the service here was extremely good.
Brandon did a great job of not only describing what repairs were needed for my phone, but he also recommended options to help me better protect my phone going forward. He also shared valuable tips on how to improve my battery performance by making a few simple changes in my settings.
They got busy while i waited for my phone to be fixed, but it didn’t take very long at all. It also gave me an opportunity to observe first hand how they interacted with other customers, in person and over the phone.
I totally recommend this store — great service and quality work. Hope I don’t need thier help again soon, but I won’t hesitate to return when the need arises in the future.

Had my iPhone 4 screen replaced here the other day. The guy that helped me (Simon) was very nice and knowledgeable. I will be sure to recommend this place to all my friends.

Like I said before, take most of the Unilocal reviews on here with a grain of salt. You are paid $ 5 for actually writing a review in front of the business owner/​tech. There is no $ 5 discount as advertised for merely «mentioning Unilocal» as the page suggests.
In any case, I finally had a chance to go back in and get my phone looked at again. After some of previous interactions with the staff there, this time was much better (no snarky comments or accusations from the techs, hooray!). He took the time to work on my phone right then and there which I really appreciated.
It turns out the my iPhone rejected the third-​party after-​market parts they normally put into phones (multiple screens/​proximity sensors btw which naturally makes me question the quality of the stuff they’re using in the first place) and it took them using genuine OEM Apple parts to get it to work correctly. They got the correct real parts into the device and everything worked the way it should.
It may have taken a grand total of 7 hours of my time and getting over an immense amount of frustration on my part to get to this stage, but the phone is fixed and I’m just glad it’s taken care of. Whatever little money I saved by coming here was probably not worth the hassle, but live and learn.

Fixed my cracked I phone within 24 hours and it looks great! Store was easy to find, clean and they were so friendly!!! Will defiantly come here again! They were very knowledgable and answered all of my questions. You can feel completely confident bringing your iPad in to be fixed here! I’ll definitely re turn and recommend to all of my friends!

Dropped my phone yesterday and the screen cracked. Went in to get my iPhone screen replaced. Staff was nice and friendly. Service was great and quick. Coming from Las Vegas I was worried it would be expensive since there isn’t that many cell phone repair in this area. Prices were still very reasonable. If you need a repair I highly recommend dropping by their store.

Shattered my iPad and needed fixed ASAP! Found 10,000 Cellphones Augusta! This place was a lifesaver… Excellent service and very very reasonable price!

My 4s had pretty bad water damage. Simon at 10,000 Cellphones diagnosed the problem and gave me a quote over the phone. Dropping the phone off was fast and easy. I got a call in the specified time and the phone was working. He removed corrosion and reconnected the components at NO CHARGE. Simon also warned that it wouldn’t last forever and that I should consider a replacement in the near future. That was all I needed because my upgrade is under 2 months away.

I cracked my iPhone 5 recently and contacted several Apple stores about repairing it. Unfortunately I didn’t have insurance on it so it was very expensive to replace the phone. None of the stores offered to replace the screen. Luckily I found 1000 Cellphones of Augusta and they were able to replace my cracked iPhone 5 screen and I saved a lot of money. They were very helpful and it was a quick turn around. I highly recommend them.
