I called to see how much an est would be to fix my TV that broke while our cable was being installed. The guy was really nice and told me he would come by my house and drop off the est. He never showed. I called the next day and a guy texted me back and said he was on the phone but would email me the est. I never got it. I called again and no answer so I texted. No reply. I called again and left another message. I still have not heard from anyone. I didn’t ask for them to come by and give me a free est nor did I ask them to email. They offered to do this for me. The fact that they are now ignoring me tells me their customer service is very poor. All I simply wanted to know is if they would do what they said they would or if I need to go to someone else. I would recommend paying for an est with someone else bc at least you will know they will show up if they say they will.
