The staff was polite enough but hardly anyone knew what they were doing. Seems like all new staff. I wonder about the reason for such turnover.

Customer service is terrible. I went to have some pictures printed for a portfolio and I was not told how long it would take. Also, they did not mention the printer was having some trouble and did not ask me if I would mind waiting. I was on a tight schedule and it would have been nice to know what was going on. Had to walk out without any pictures. Definitely not going back here for any printing.

I am impressed with the team members now at Copy & Print, they call me with questions if in doubt, don’t over promise and produce a great product. Everyone there has a smile on their face.
