If you are looking for a good manicure, I suggest you don’t come here!!!’ They over charge. Paid almost $ 40 for a fullest! Crazy! Instead of white i got black. Their prices are not what it says on the bored. Also with my full set my nails were not even shaped! They look horrible! The lady I got I can not remember her name but she was rude! Thank you, to Magic Nails for fixing there horrible sloppy mess and not charging me for it. Want good nail tech? To go Magic Nails & have the guy do your nails you won’t regret it.

Once again Jennifer made my nails absolutely beautiful. Ill drive from Tacoma gladly no one does the so beautiful and sweet lady to boot.

1 star is the min, 2 stars because the women were quite friendly.
Besides the happy staff, there wasn’t anything I liked about this place. I got a mani-​pedi, which I didn’t know was only $ 35 until after the service was done.
After the manicure, I am still left with uneven nails, no cuticle care at all, leftover clear polish from a month ago, no new polish, and skin that should have been clipped away.
After the pedicure… which, to be fair, I am picky about in the first place… I had to go home and even my nails out, spot paint (thank god I picked a color there that I had at home), pull the corners of every single nail out so they didn’t get ingrown, and put neosporin on 3 of my toes where she cut too deep around the edges.
In no way am I pleased with the outcome. It felt like someone was practicing on me. (posted pics of the aftermath).

Friendly service, they make you really feel at home. I been going here for the last year, and I will not go anywhere else.

UPDATE: Do NOT let a woman named Ly give you a manicure. this is the 2^nd time I’ve been here. the first time I got a nice pedicure. today I wanted a mani. yes it was 2pm on a Saturday and they were busy but they had an opening when I walked in so I got it right away.
I was at station 5 and the lady doing my mani was LY. Within 3 minutes I already knew I wasn’t going to tip. she was the most unfriendly employee ever.
I sat down and tried to make chit chat. She refused to even acknowledge me. She was texting on her phone and said «what you want today?» I said regular Mani. she got a bowl of soapy water, put it in front of me, and made a grunting noise and motioned for me to put my hands in.
As I sat there I said «busy day today huh?» she literally stone wall ignored me. she was texting on her phone. then she put the phone down and yawned and leaned back in her chair crossing her arms. she sat there sighing for a few minutes.
then she performed the quickest sloppiest manicure of all time. she only filed a couple of my nails, leaving them totally uneven. she left a lot of dry dead cuticle skin. her polish job was streaky and uneven. you could tell she did not want to be there.
I may go back, but will not be having LY perform any services on me.

I got a pedi here and I thought the gal did a great job.
Pros: The nail shape and length is clean and natural. I picked a neon pink color for summer and the coverage is even and opaque. I like that she followed the natural shape of the nail and didn’t cut them too short. She did a good foot and leg massage as well.
Cons: she used a mini scrubber brush over my toes and tops of my feet that was way too harsh and scratchy. I do not have any dead skin or calluses especially on the tops of my toes. also, after she scrubbed my legs she sprayed perfume on them. yes, alcohol on raw scrubbed skin!
overall I will probably come back again. it was quick and well done. $ 25 for spa pedI

First time and the last time. For top quality prices ($ 55 shellac mani and reg pedicure) they produce run of the mill service. Sloppy, messy work with cuticle droppings on my lap from using my lap as part of her workstation. As if that wasn’t enough, I was very specific with my request not to use a harsh file to smooth the top of my already thin natural nails and she used the electronic file machine anyway. The same with cutting my nails, she cut them against my request. Nope, I won’t be going back.

I have been coming to this salon exclusively for over a year now and I won’t go anywhere else. Lucy, Jody, Holly, Cindy and all the girls are SO GREAT. Everyone is so friendly and you can tell they have a ton of regular clients that keep coming back. I live in Auburn now, but when I first starting going to Auburn Nails I lived near Bremerton and would still go out of my way to come here on my way home from work in Tukwila everytime I needed a fill. They truly care about the health of your nails, and will tell you when you need a new set and when you need to let your nails breathe a while. I really appreciate that! The prices are great and SO worth the time and effort they spend to make sure your nails look amazing!

I go here every time I get my nails done. The lady’s are very nice, I love holly. If didn’t have kids I’d schedule every time with her but it’s done good by the other lady’s too.

Terrible service. Went for a brow waxing. When I walked in and said what I needed. They told me to come back tomorrow. I won’t return!

Went here the other day with no appointment and only had to wait about 10 minutes. I just wanted them to remove my acrylic nails and paint over my real ones. Had to soak them in acetone for a while which is normal. Three different women worked on me. Granted, it was really busy being a Friday afternoon. I guess whoever was free for a minute would go and sand down some acrylic off my nails every 20 minutes or so. I believe the owner is the one that finished me off and painted my nails. She was really nice. She sat in the first manicure chair by the cash register. May go back to try a pedicure.

I stumbled upon this place on a Saturday and only had to wait about 15 minutes. It was very nice and clean, and majority of the staff was pleasant. Holly did my nails and she is amazing. I’ll definitely be back to see her again. The reason why I’m only giving them four stars is because a couple of the stuff were rude. I’ve been looking for a new nail place since I moved and I’m sure I found it!

I came in without an appointment on a Saturday and didn’t have to wait. I needed shellac color change. One girl took the shellac off and a different one put the new color on. I wanted light pink on all fingers with glitter on my ring finger. She ended up doing glitter on all of them because she wasn’t paying attention. Not a big deal, just a minor annoyance. The reason they are getting three stars and I won’t return is that the girl putting color on was soliciting financial services. She said she had to get 5 a day, and if I was interested, I could fill out the questionnaire and her manager would call me. Uh, no thanks. The suite is older and run down. There was nothing special about the place.

Very friendly and nice. Clean. Going back today.

I was greeted when i walked in… did not have appointment but was taken care of right away… complimentary design on my fill/​french manicure. This is my new nail place after trying many around the area. Thanks ladies!
