The food is great here but I had an awful experience. I am a disabled Veteran who requires a PTSD service dog to help monitor me for signs and symptoms associated with my disability. My dog is trained to perform a task, is well behaved and is fully compliant with the ADA laws. I have gone to this restaurant before with out issue. However, last time I went I was refused service because the owner had other customers there and he was too offended to be bothered with my dog. I told him he cannot refuse me service based off of my service dog and he just flat out refused to listen. I walked out because I was so embarrassed. I ask that people boycott this restaurant because it does not support people with disabilities nor Veterans either. I have never felt more discriminated against for my disability and want to let people know that this is NOT right. I am resending my call to boycott this restaurant. The issued an apology and I have accepted. However, I have asked the State to investigate this incident with the intention that the Owner’s attend a class that educates them on the law of people with disabilities and service dogs. Ignorance to the law does not serve as an excuse to break it and I hope that it can further educate them. The food is really good here, and I look forward to being a future customer here given the sincere apology.

I give them 3 starts only because they stare at u like they have no clue what your talking about if u ask for extra teriyaki sauce or a extra side salad. I literally had to open up the container and point at the teriyaki sauce and fight tooth and nail to get extra. Overall the food is great though. Just wish they weren’t so damn stingy with everything I mean on the customer I’m paying for it, so give it to me.

We have tried this restaurant several times recently and they have a good show as every thing we have tried has been very tasty and the bonus it is located close to our home… They are a good choice for teriyaki and good stir fried food!

The food here is great! i have never had a dish I did not like. i like the variety of dishes that are offered, i come here as often as I can. General Tso Chicken and Chicken Ramen to die for. Each of my family members have a favorite and they have never complained. They have the very best Oriental chicken breast salad, dressing is so delicious. i have not found it this great any where else.

I came here several times a few years ago, and tried it again today. It’s still just as good. The food is great and the service is quick and friendly. If you’re looking for a great lunch, come here. The food here is really good, it’s just the right amount of moist, seasoning, and portion size.

Stopped here in my way through town for a quick teriyaki fix. Had the spicy chicken. Not bad but not great. A little on the dry side, but otherwise good. Price makes this a 3 star vs 4 star. $ 9.75 a little steep for a lunch teriyaki. After tip you’re at $ 11. Portions are decent though. Maybe stick with a little cheaper lunch special.

Great Teriyaki Batman. We work nearby so me and my work homie hit this place up for Teriyaki Tuesday. That’s just what we call it, no special deals or anything. I’d 5 Star it but they charge for anything extra, like the red chili paste to go. So, if I eat there, it’s free, but to go cost me 50 cents? I’m being extra picky but seriously good, spicy goes from 1 – 7 stars. Be careful with 5 and up, you’ll moan about it later in the John.

Delicious food! The staff is always friendly and greets you with a giant smile on their face. They consistently deliver delicious food at a great price. Whenever I’m having a lazy I-don’t-want-to-cook day(which is like Mon-Sat and some Sundays haha jkjk) I pick up my phone and order food for carry out. They’ll have your food ready for pick up in like 10 or 15 minutes.

Pretty decent little storefront teriyaki joint. Good ‘yaki, good wok dishes and combos. Great prices, and the people working here are always friendly. Recommended, especially for carry-out. Service is nice and fast.

I could never eat teriyaki before. One day my husband suggested we try this place and I got beef fried rice. He ordered teriyaki chicken and General Tao. I tried it and was hooked. This is by far the best teriyaki I have ever had.

I can’t eat Teriyaki anywhere else now thanks to New Teriyaki Wok!!! The Teriyaki sauce here is perfection! Also the Salad Dressing unlike anything I have ever tasted. If your ever coming home from the mountains or live near auburn stop in here!!! I might also add that the family that owns the place are the best kind of people. They know how to treat customers and are always pleasant to see.

This place is above average as teriyaki joints go. They have a very good sauce that is not too sweet or syrupy. They don’t overcook their meats either, and the service is always pleasant and prompt. Nothing fancy, just teriyaki done consistently well. Well worth the visit.
